North Royalton City Hall

The city building, engineer and zoning depts are a mess. They don't make an effort to fix their outdated property maps with current parcel numbers and current owners' names. Much of what they have on paper is neither accurate nor up to date. There is nothing available digitalized online, and no one seems concerned. The city leadership is OK with such an atmosphere. This is the only city we ever heard of where employee's gets to schedule their own unique lunch times.
