Very clean and accommodating. The manager is very helpful and friendly.
Such an easy and enjoyable experience renting here. The manager is great and good to work with. So clean and very well kept up.
Nice facility, great location. They have indoor air conditioned units, outdoor units, and parking spots for boats or vehicles. I have mine setup to Auto Pay. Paul has been fair to work with. Overall the is kind of pricey, but the location is good. They have autopay online which is nice so I don't have to worry about forgetting.
While the facility is nice and clean, it is over priced for what you get. We also just had an awful customer service experience with Paul. After renting our unit for 2-3 years we moved out of our unit at the beginning of this month. Upon inquiring about why we had been charged for the entire month of August, since we haven't used it at all, Paul became very defensive and starting asking if we had read the lease because it states that there would be no partial months rent except for the first month. I then asked him when I moved out of my unit since I thought it was the end of July. He couldn't tell me the date I moved out because he couldn't find it, and said it must have been after the first because I was charged. He then became defensive and said that we must have not provided the 10 day notice to vacate that is required by lease. Honestly after 2 years I couldn't tell you where the lease even is, but his lack of caring and lack of customer service skills will make my decision for my storage facility that much easier. We spent well over $1000 while using this facility and he has lost a customer over a technicality in the lease that amounts to $65.00. Wow, what a great guy.

Great experience. Clean, safe, prompt communication. We rented from March-September with no trouble at all.
I unloaded 2 units here for a customer... the place was clean, no problem with authorized access, plenty of space to work.... I didn't mind working at the establishment..
I rented a unit here and Paul was very helpful, great to work with. Nice facility, very clean and secure.
Great place. Super friendly manager, safe environment, and well maintained units.
Clean, lots of units if all sizes, on site supervision. Expensive, but you get what you pay for.
