I’ve been going here for years and I’m even happier now that Dr Smith has taken over the business. The new building is great. The new parking lot is accommodating. But it’s really about the dental work isn’t it? They are all about taking care of your teeth. Not making a buck off of you. If it isn’t broke we aren’t fixing it. We’ll keep an eye on it. My hygienist is great and very thorough. A great listener - always asks about any new concerns and then dives deeper into why. Takes detailed notes and follows up on that issue with the next appointment. I have moved half an hour away from this establishment over 20 years ago and still go there - that’s how good I think they are! Dr Smith is kind and personable and also very thorough. Not that I have bad teeth, but what I do have are very well cared for by this team! And let’s not forget about the rest of the staff - a recent snow storm threatened my latest appointment and the team worked with me until the last minute to keep it. It was all about our mutual safety. Seriously - these people are the best!

I've been a patient for years. I've only had cleanings though so I can only speak to those services. Dr. Smith is great to work with and takes the time to make sure that you fully understand everything. The dental hygienists are great and very personable. Scheduling is very convenient and flexible. My schedule is very unpredictable. They have a service that texts you available appointments when it gets close to your bi-annual cleaning. It is very convenient.

Truly a practice above any I have been to! The staff and dentist use technology and top notch people in their field, which provides a comprehensive visit. The whole staff makes you feel at ease and incredibly comfortable! I had a cavity refilled after 29 years and the dentist did an excellent job, as did his assistant. I had no pain afterward and the procedure was quick. I highly recommend this dental practice!

Outstanding service from checking in with Ms. Angie to being taken care of by the very friendly & courteous staff. I was a bit apprehensive in choosing another dentist especially coming from Forward Dental. I actually ask my son's dentist The Kid's Dentist also in Mequon about North Shore Dental before setting up an appointment with them. Ms. Angie is a great asset to North Shore Dental with setting up appointments to clarifying expected cost out of pocket. There's no mystery here everything upfront & clear. I love checking in & talking with Ms. Angie before getting seen by the dentist. North Shore Dental hands down is a really great establishment. So glad I made the switch from Forward Dental just wished I had known about them years ago. Thanks North Shore Dental for always providing great dental care.

Always a pleasant visit! I am very nervous when it comes to dentists, and Joni and Dr. Smith are always gentle a reassuring. I no longer live in the area, but make the trip for my care in their office. I would recommend them to anyone - especially those who have anxiety with dental care.

The oral hygenists here do a thorough job at cleaning your teeth and are very nice. I was very pleased with Cristy who made me feel comfortable. The receptionist, too, was very kind. Everyone in the place is a top notch professional.
