Had a wonderful and surprisingly enjoyable experience getting a root canal here. Came in for a consultation and ended up getting the procedure that day. Dr. Singh and her colleagues Nicole and Luiz made the experience enjoyable and comfortable the entire time, always putting my comfort first. I was genuinely surprised at how nice the visit was. Even paying was a pleasant experience, Tiffany walked me through the costs and insurance information and just made everything easier.
A 5 star review of my experience at North Short Endodontics will not do proper justice. Dr. Fiza Singh and staff were commensurate professionals; they made my root canal procedure not only painless, but seem effortless. They understand all of the tricks, and will complete the procedure leaving a first time patient saying "that was all?". In the event of further endodontic needs, I will certainly seek out their service again. Thank you again for making me pain free.
I have been to North shore endodontics in the past. Always found them professional, polite and informable. Extremely happy that my new insurance accepts them.
Fantastic experience; the whole team made me feel comfortable and at ease, they were swift and efficient and made me feel well cared for. 100% recommend.
I'm sad to say I've a had a few root canals in my day. But! That means I can tell you that my experience today with Dr. Singh and her team was GREAT! They were authentically cheery, kind and patient. I had minimal discomfort during the procedure. Dr Singh and her crew checked in with me throughout, and left me feeling cared for and respected. Hopefully I won't need her services again haha, but should I need another, there is NO question I will be coming back here. No wonder my own dentist told me to wait and see Dr Singh if I could "hang in there."
Longer then expected wait to see the dentist, but staff was EXTREMELY friendly.
My daughter is 16 and unfortunately she needed a root canal, Fortunately Dr. Singh and staff were spectacular, caring and understanding. She had a great experience and truly thought the procedure was painless. I even received a phone call from Terry the next morning to see how she was feeling. She had a little pain but Tylenol covered it. I highly recommend Dr. Singh and her staff. Thank you
Dr. Fiza Singh and her staff were excellent. I had never had a root canal before, and had heard the same thing everyone has heard . . . that it's awful. Well, it wasn't. They made every effort to make sure I was comfortable, and checked often to make sure I wasn't feeling pain. Everyone in the office was super.
I recently had a dental issue that required relatively quick attention. I had a number of dental visits all at different dental offices in one weeks time. I had a HORRIBLE experience at my third visit and was a little gun shy prior to my appointment at North Shore Endodontics. I was HIGHLY pleased with my experience at North Shore Endodontics! Dr. Cooke, Jen and the rest of the staff were professional, friendly and very good at their jobs. The experience was pain-free and very positive. I will be booking my next needed appointment with them this coming June.
