I have asthma and eczema, and with the cold weather I was coughing uncontrollably. I decided to try salt therapy and cannot believe how quickly I felt improvement! Within 2 or 3 sessions my eczema was almost dried up, and my coughing was not as bad. My lung function was improving, I was getting more oxygen to my body, I was sleeping better and actually feeling more energy. I was shocked at how much better I felt! I have been going for almost a month now and and am very pleased with the results. I am grateful to have discovered salt therapy!

Mike was super helpful and accommodating to my family's needs! Room was clean, quiet and relaxing! Took my 13 and 17 year old kids with me and we all had a fantastic time! Will go again!

This place is a gem. Clean, affordable and delivered what promised. It was my first time and I love it. The owner was very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. They also sell the salt lamps that I thought it is nice since it goes with the type of business they run. I highly recommend this place.

My hour here with my besties was really relaxing. We lounged on great bean bags, rested our feet and hands on warm salt lamps and breathed the steady flow of fine salt. I really felt open and clear for days afterwards. I'll go back -- especially during the winter.
