Quiet place to get some work done! Beautiful windows too! Work and a view!

Located in a beautiful building on the outskirts of downtown, the North Saint Paul Public Library is a peaceful, inviting environment. We appreciate the monthly activities that are handed out for children, the “Maker Teen Kits” and equally enjoy the Summer reading program each year. In addition, all Ramsey County Libraries offer a wonderful set of opportunities throughout all their locations.

I took my nephew there, it may have been his first time visiting a library.  The librarian was really, really helpful.  Thanks

Just a quick stop to pick up a book I had put a hold on. I should have checked the hours and / or picked a different branch as the hours here are very limited, so I had to use part of my vacation day for the pickup. There are _not_ real bicycle parking racks, but there are some signs you can lock your bike to about 15 yards away. Like all Ramsey County facilities, they do require facemasks at this time, but they have some available if you need one. They have the same easy automatic checkouts as the other RCL locations, but being a small location, the selection is more limited.

A favorite library. Small for a metro public library. Huge DVD section, cozy reading area by the magazines and newspapers, computers with Internet access, lovely children's section on the other side and an adjoined room for teens to watch movies etc. Located in the community center. Well staffed too with one or two librarians and a reference librarian.

Love this library and staff!

This is a happy, clean, comfortable space for browsing the latest books and new media.  Ramsey County even has a feature on their website where you can request and reserve titles in advance and be emailed when they are ready for pickup!  It's almost like netflix--but free!

It's small but nice. I love going to the storyline with my kiddos. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

On my days off i love to walk here for movies or books. Great staff and great library.

Staff is really nice and helpful.. Small but nice. If they don't have what you are looking for they will get it for you.
