I called in an order for some window glass and it was ready and waiting when I arrived. I've done business with them previously and will continue to do so. They're great folks!

Wow! The entire crew are incredible human beings! My husband and I ran into a huge problem when we broke two large panes of glass right before Memorial Day weekend. We had contractors coming over and we’re in a real bind. I tried multiple shops and no one could help. The crew at North Star Glass Industries went out of their way to cut our glass the same afternoon and helped tremendously to secure the glass in my car so that we don’t break it again. I am very very grateful for their assistance. In addition to their willingness to help us out before a holiday and at the last minute, they were so incredibly pleasant. I could have stood around and chatted with them for hours - they are simply wonderful people! Thank you so much for all your assistance!!

My fireplace glass door shattered last year and after researching online and making many phone calls, these guys knew what they were talking about and had great pricing. Nearly 50% of what I was going to pay online. They followed through on their promises and within a few days, I had brand new panels with even better handles. They did a fabulous job, were courteous, and very affordable. If I ever need another glass repair, this is definitely where I'll go.

I've used them for three different customers. First time they went to my customer's home and replaced a custom shape double pane dead light. Did and excellent job. Second time they replaced the glass in four vinyl casement windows that I brought to the shop. Did an excellent job. Third time was a quick storm window glass replacement, did an excellent job.

Had to call multiple times to get a tech onsite to get dimensions of the window to replace. Was told I would receive a call back within a few days. A week went by and I was unable to get anyone on the phone after leaving messages. At the 2 week mark I got someone on the phone who told me they would have to call me back because the quote was on someone else’s desk. Still no call back days later after leaving another message. Spend your money somewhere else. They must not need it.

Had broken glass in family watercolor picture. Replaced promptly, friendly service. Several other places didn't want to bother with it. Will use them again and will recommend to others. Did a excellent job!

They repaired four windows a couple of years ago, great friendly fast service. Called them again recently THREE times. They have NOT called us back to schedule a visit. Obviously we won't use them again.

Have done business with this company for 10 years. Ordered a replacement window for a rental over a month ago, they sent someone out to measure and I called a few weeks later to follow up... lady seemed stressed and said they were behind and need to remeasure... I let them know I was on a time crunch to meet city deadline. Well weeks went by and still haven't heard anything, called today to get an eta and she couldn't provide me one till later in afternoon. I called to cancel and let them know I won't take my business there anymore, they didn't care. Time to find a new glass shop.
