The vitamin world can be a bit overwhelming. All the different things out there that can either make you feel better or if you're not careful could make you feel worse. I have spoken to different people when I go into the store but I particularly had a great experience with Alanna. Alanna went into great detail about different supplements I was interested in. It felt good to have a better understanding of the vitamins and their benefits. I feel so much more comfortable making a decision about my health when I am at North Star. The homemade soap is fantastic too !!
THE place to go in Indy/Hamilton County if you need the absolute best supplements and customer service. Dr. Pam is caring, attentive and very helpful. The selection is amazing - from raw ingredients to make your own balms, amazing soaps, very high quality supplements. No junk brands. Local Honey. CBD oil, too!
Love this shop! I'm a huge fan of there rock and mineral selection! Also the soaps are wonderful. Pam has inspired me to create my own etsy. Pam is definitely someone I look up too!
This has been my go-to store for my homeopathic needs over the last 10+ years. Dr. Pam introduced me to Premier Laboratories NucleoImmune when I was fighting bronchitis. She explained the product and when to use it, very helpful. Since then, it has become a staple in our medicine cabinet. The soaps are another favorite of mine.
Do NOT shop here. The people are rude and yell at you. They have no desire to help people and they have the worst return policy I've ever seen! Please shop at good earth in broad ripple if you want any help at all.
Did not get to talk to Pam. Lady who talked to us yelled like we were deaf. I was looking for help and all I got were excuses and no real help. Could not wait to get out of store but went there to make a purchase.
Cool store w natural health/beauty products! Has CBD oil too!! Big selection of essential oils, supplements, etc!
The most knowledgable group of people on health and wellness I have ever come Across. Dr. Pam is a treasure trove of information and guidance.
They were so helpful!!! Love this place.
Always pleasant , knowledgeable and great variety!!
