We are a community of practitioners dedicated to delivering the best dental care to Fort Worth and the surrounding communities of Keller, Saginaw, Roanoke, and Alliance.

Description

We are a seven-days-a-week office, offering appointments from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Saturday and Sunday appointments from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. You’ll never have to worry about taking time away from school, work, or your family to experience the best in dental care.

North Tarrant Dental Care always takes great care of all my dentistry needs. I've been going to them for more than 4 years and their staff continues to be very friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They offer a wide variety of appointment times that is very helpful for me, since I work full-time. They are outstanding in so many ways and I highly recommend them!
I am very pleased with my recent experience with this Dental Office!! They treated me with patience, respect, understanding, and empathy!! Liz was the first person I met at the desk who was so patient with me filling out forms!! Greta was my dental assistant who explained my dental options with tremendous kindness and expertise. She was very efficient and compassionate!!! Valeri was my Dental Hygienist who knew I was nervous but exhibited extreme empathy, kindness, and skill!! Dr. J was very professional and intelligent, while explaining my dental options!! Dr. J referred to a specialist and discussed my options for future Dental Care!! I just felt they went above and beyond to make my Dental Experience cost effective and medically sound!!! Yvonne was my billing clerk and she was very kind and efficient!! Thank you all for a wonderful Dental Experience!!!

Been here for multiple cleanings and now some fillings, everytime staff is beyond phenomenal being very polite and careful with their cleanings/procedures. I had braces for 4 years and was super used to dentists and such poking gums or lips and here I've hadn't had that happen once! All appointments are on time and it's always a quick and easy experience getting through payment along with scheduling. Highly recommend!
The best dental experience i have ever had! The staff is so welcoming and friendly, very professional environment! My whole family has been coming here for a long time and each time it’s 10/10!
Going to the dentist is seriously the bane of my existence. However- if I must be dragged into one of the 7th layers of hell, I sure am glad it’s North Tarrant dental care. I’ve been with this office for over 10 years now and they have always taken excellent care of me. Today I went in for a cleaning and received the same great service as always. The front desk staff, my dental hygienist and my doctor were all friendly, informative and helpful. Best dentist office ever!
The dental assistant Agnes was amazing. She’s very caring and very detailed. Dr. J is great he’s the reason why I keep going there.
Everyone in the office were friendly and a delight! From the receptionist, office staff, dental assistant, dental hygienist and dentist!! Greta the dental assistant was excellent! Cute, friendly, professional. She did an awesome job giving me educational tips and information. I highly recommend this office.
First time here and it was ok. My last doctor in SA asked if I was comfortable with x-rays and I said no due to being pregnant. Hygienist here said I was cleared and would need the x-rays to continue my cleaning even though I said I didn’t want them. I agreed to only minimum. However interesting that one office will do as patient request, but this office said they couldn’t continue without x-rays. Hygienist did not floss in between my permanent retainer and my last dental office in SA always did. Also don’t know if they use a flavor in their paste, but wasn’t left with the minty fresh feeling. At the end doctor mentioned retainer for fractures in my teeth. Never showed me x-rays of fractures. Suggested I get retainers and when I get upfront there’s 2 ladies, but only 1 can check out guests. Took for a longer check out. Front desk lady pulled up quote for retainers, but said I had no ortho coverage. I told her I did, because I had Invisalign almost 10 years ago and I haven’t changed my coverage since. She shows me quote and tells me I’ve used all my coverage, but asks me to sign the document. I refuse, because I’m being told I have no ortho coverage/have used it all. Overall not a good experience and my family and I will be finding a new dental office.
I have trusted Dr. Jaetzold and his staff for my dental care for over 13 years. Today, Valerie was my hygienist and she was extremely professional and highly skilled. She answered all my questions and showed genuine interest in my dental health. I will be completely honest in saying that there was a time period where the front office staff was struggling. The current staff seems to be on top of things and it has greatly improved. I look forward to my next appointment!
