Just had my first visit and it was a blast. I know that’s an odd thing to say about the doctor’s office, but it was true. The office staff was very accommodating, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. I had to reschedule for later in the day due to work so I agreed to see the PA instead of the doctor whom I was originally meant to see. Taylor the PA was fantastic. She was equally friendly, funny, patient, informative, and really took time to understand my symptoms before diving into any discussion about them; then, worked with me to sort out the next steps I needed. Excellent visit. Great experience.
Dr Huddleston is a kind, knowledgeable, physician. I appreciate her care and concern for my issue. Her assistant, LeCresha , was helpful and caring as well. I would highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Yeager is a wonderful physician. She is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable. She was great with my 4 year old, and I feel confident with the plan she has given us.
I cannot be more disappointed with this office. I originally had an appointment for 4/26/23 and I received a call to reschedule because Dr. Safdarian called in sick she's human; and I was rescheduled for 5/11/2023. I showed up, checked in and was told to take a seat and wait. 40 minutes have gone by and I asked the front desk how much longer I need to wait and she tells me that I don't have an appointment for today that it was for last Thursday 5/4. There is no email, text or call that this was the appointment and she did not say anything when I checked in. Like seriously? They have the audacity to add a charge for "missing" the appointment. Terrible customer service!
Taylor Krings, PA-C was very informative and educational on the process of diagnosing and treating allergies. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly Taran, Lori and Toria. I believe in this group.
Great visit today with Taylor. She identified what was wrong and gave the necessary treatment plan. Very impressed! Will definitely ask for her next time when I'm not feeling well.
I saw Dr. Safdarian last week and she is amazing! She explained my test results clearly and thoroughly. She answered every question I had about my health and next steps as far as testing and treatment. I felt so relieved when I left the office that day after seeing her. Plus, everyone in the office was so nice, including the medical assistant who did my intake, to Dr. Safdarian’s nurse Bupi sp? I am so sorry if I misspelled her name, to Ms. Lori the office manager, and everyone I saw or spoke with that day. I cannot say enough good things about this office, and I feel so blessed to have found this office!
North Texas Asthma and Allergy staff are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous! Dr. Huddleston is excellent! She takes time to answers any questions I may have, and my asthma is well controlled now. Lori and the other staff members always go above and beyond to help with anything needed. I highly recommend them!
I have been a patient of North Texas Allergy and Asthma Associates now for 12 years. Dr Gupta and his staff are amazing. Whether it is the doctors he has brought into the practice over the years, some of which I have seen when he is unavailable or the techs, nurses and front office staff they strive for excellence in this office. One thing I will say as with any doctor's office it becomes a partnership at times to get things done. They teach you what they can to handle and manage your medical conditions bit at the same time when it comes to getting insurance approvals sometimes you as the patient have to work with the doctor's office and call and go to the insurance company come one people what is going on? What needs to be done for approval? They work as fast and are always on top on thier end to get the approvals as quickly as possible delays are always on the insurance end. Not that this office has ever needed my help that often but still over my 12 years as a patient of the practice I know for a fact if I call and ask for certain people after 12 years you do have your favorites I can always get the updates I need but they will also call me and let me know if me lighting a fire on my end might help. We have grown together
I am so thankful for Dr. Christina Huddleston. She is the first allergy and asthma doctor to correctly diagnose and treat my condition. After prescribing a CAT scan SHE personally called with the results. She then had to convince my insurance that I needed the medication, which brought my copay from $1,000.00 to zero! I was able to smell and taste again within a few weeks for the first time in many years! She is very caring and compassionate. I am very grateful for her and her staff.
