This place is a 10/10. They were able to get me in on a short notice due to tooth pain. The doctor was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable about getting my first root canal. All of the staff was super nice and accommodating and made my experience a positive one.
North Texas Endodontic Associates exceeded my expectations. Dr. Witherspoon, Cara, and the rest of the team are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. The front desk worked diligently to find me an earlier appointment so that I wouldn't be in pain for weeks. On the day of my procedure, Dr. Witherspoon and Cara took the time to ease my nerves and performed a completely painless root canal, something I didn't know was possible! I can't say enough good things about North Texas Endodontic Associates. I really appreciate their top notch service and will definitely be back if I ever need another root canal.
My daughter was referred her by our primary dentist and we were very happy with the service provided. More importantly, we were impressed with the follow up, especially the call from the dentist himself the next day just to check on her.
This is the second root canal I have had at North Texas Endodontic Associates and I would not consider using anyone else. Dr. Witherspoon and the entire staff were courteous and showed concern about me. Both times I went to their office in pain and left pain free.
Dr. Witherspoon and his assistants were excellent beginning to end. Comfortable and efficient throughout the entire process and would highly recommend North Texas Endodontic Associates.
I recently had a root canal on a back bottom molar that had already been crowned, and I can’t speak more highly of North Texas Endodontic Associates and specifically Dr. Witherspoon. To nutshell it, I’m not a calm or easy dental patient. I’ve experienced quite a lot of trauma with past dentists and procedures over the years. So, I put this one off as long as possible. I'm also sensitive to the epinephrine in the numbing shots, so, that added on even more anxiety. Dr. Witherspoon is thorough, confident, and steadfast, and put me at ease with his calm demeanor. I’ve had no issues at all with my tooth since the root canal. I highly recommend North Texas Endodontic Associates and Dr. Witherspoon.
I'm here today for my third root canal. This is a great business for dental work. My Doctors have been top notch, professional and efficient. My last two visits have been with Dr. Berto, I like how quick and efficiently he works. No excessive chit-chat. He gets the work done and gets out of mouth, I like that. The assistants are always efficient, and nice.
From the start everyone was great. Appointment scheduling, check in, techs, assistants and Dr. Witherspoon, all fantastic. I felt very comfortable at all times and so happy they saved the tooth.
First class experience! I’m not someone that typically gives reviews. I’ve had a good bit of dental work done in the past and Dr. Witherspoon did such an incredible job with my root canal. Office staff was also fantastic and schedules well. I highly recommend this group.
I recently visited NTEA for a consultation. After going through the assessment and having the panoramic e ray done, I told the endodontist that my regular dentist found a crack in the tooth in question. The endodontist brushed off my statement, took a cursory glance at the X-ray and stated that he didn’t notice anything. Shortly afterward I was handed an estimate for $2450. I decided to seek out an oral surgeon to extract the tooth instead, having heard from a personal friend about their failed root canal experience with NTEA, and keeping in mind that NTEA does not guarantee their work they have you sign a paper to this effect when you register. The oral surgeon immediately saw the crack on the tooth and stated that the root canal would undoubtedly have failed because of it. I have difficultly believing that an endodontist would not have seen the crack, especially with the exceptionally high resolution panoramic X-rays that were available to him, and also that he was not aware of the certain failure of the root canal in the presence of the crack. I would tread very carefully in the waters of this business.
