Description:
OCR race simulation workout. This is an OCR workout that can take 1.5-3 hours to complete. It consists of 4.5-5 miles of running with 24 obstacles/exercise stations. Specific obstacles include Spear throw, tire flip, race condition rope climb & traverse, bucket carry(hill repeaters), Hobbie hop, tire drag & pull, & tractor pull. Exercise stations include lots of fun with squats, lunges, upper body work & sandbags ranging from 20-60lb.
Summer schedule:
June 14th - 6:00am followed by free Ultra Beast training
June 21st - 8:00am later sessions as needed
June 28th - 6:00am followed by free Ultra Beast training
July 5th - 8:00am later sessions as needed
July 12th - 8:00am later sessions as needed
July 19th - 6:00am followed by free Ultra Beast training
July 26th - 8:00am later sessions as needed
August 2nd - 8:00am later sessions as needed
August 9th - 6:00am followed by free Ultra Beast training
August 16th - 8:00am later sessions as needed
August 23rd - 8:00am later sessions as needed

Pricing:
$20 per session
$140 for 10 sessions ($50 at 1st session, $10 at the last 9 sessions)
