Like others have said, your package goes to die here. No one at USPS can help; you might as well get your money back from the retailer or dispute CC charges. Don’t bother calling the claims department, nobody answers. UPDATE: for those wondering - it’s been 6 weeks and still no package. UPS said it’s “lost.” Lol
This the second time my package was delivered in the parcel locker no key was left to get in the locker. I think the delivery drivers are stealing peoples packages. This location needs to be Investigating.
Mailed two certified mail envelopes from different post offices on different dates. Both go to this processing center and then "Moving thru Network" for a while and get delayed for 10+ days. No idea when my mail will be delivered. Frustrated.
If I had a choice, they would receive NO STARS. Considering all the complaints made on here, I do not know how they are still considered a place of distribution. It’s been a month and my package is still stuck there. Every person I talk to gives me the run around. Who is in charge? Why aren’t you making strides to fix the mess? I’m considering applying for a sorting job so I can get my package myself….
Finally I got my package in tracking back after two weeks which I thought it was lost , The super lady in the Cosumer Affairs Dabowra she is the one who followed up and helped me
I renewed my driver's license in April. They sent me my driver's license within the 2 weeks. I called them in June because I hadn't received it. It was returned from the Post Office as undeliverable. I asked them to resend which they did. This was also returned for the same reason. They sent a third and final license and that was returned too. The address was correct so there was no reason for it to go back. It did not make it out of the processing office. Now I have to go back and PURCHASE another license And give them a FedEx account number so they can resend it to me. This will be close to thirty dollars I will need to pay. The Consumer Affairs office told me that this happens with this processing center all the time with peoples drivers licenses. So unfair!!! I also think it is unfair that we do not have a phone number or the ability to go there and talk to them
Delivered here. Most of the people were fantastic. One lady, not so much but maybe she was just having a bad day? Anyways, got me in and out pretty quick. Did not see any overnight parking.
Why would a place so incompetent would still be in business is beyond me. There has to be some sort of conspiracy but its too much work to try reasoning it out. When someones else said this is where packages go to die, they were right.
Waiting on some "Certified tracking" important documents to be delivered, they tried to deliver Saturday the the 23rd, but the facility was closed they deliver to this business all the time. Said they try the next business day but it's been a week and still no delivery???? The package has a tracking code on it!! How hard can it be to "track" a package that has a tracking sticker on it!!!
My package has been sitting there since SEPTEMBER! It’s been 3 months and no movement. Who can I even contact?
