Love our library. Since the kids were small we’ve been going there. Maybe a little dated aesthetically, but a fantastic library.
It’s a great library, the staff is attentive and helpful. It’s a good sized library with great hours, and it’s really quiet. Decent kids section, too. Our entire family loves it. There’s a little courtyard and fountain, I loved it as a kid but I feel like it’s never open in the summer, that is.
The library seems super nice, but I did not have a good experience when I went there for the first time this past week. I walked into the library around 6:40. The library was closing that night at 7, which I knew ahead of time. I also knew I only needed to print one document, and I felt 20 minutes was sufficient time to accomplish that task. Right? Wrong. Most of the computers were turned off, except for one. I had to ask for a guest pass, and the woman at the desk informed me they were closing soon. I logged into the computer but the computer stopped working before I could print anything. As it turns out, they are set to turn off automatically at 6:45. There were no signs informing patrons of this, however, and the woman at the desk also did not tell me. I did not end up being able to accomplish what I set out to do and overall it was a waste of time coming here. I will not be returning to this library in the future.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I couldn't find a book I wanted in the fiction section, but the information desk located it for me in their holiday section. The young lady even went & got the book for me. Currently October '22 they are open longer hours than the library near my home. The space is clean & well lit. Seating is available at tables and a few couches/easy chairs.
Somewhat bare shelves clearly white they don't have a very big collection. Most of what they do have is pretty old and out of date. Even if you can find something with reading you won't be able to read in peace with how loud the librarians there are. Go all the way to the back corner and all you can hear is the staff at the information desk chatting about their lives, what they're going to do, and very emphatically getting people they know. Don't expect to enjoy your time here.
Great clean place with a lot of options!
You have to pay to be a member even if you already have a library card through the Buffalo & Erie County Public Library system.
I am always more than pleased with the staff at this library ! I must also mention that I lived out of the district for a year and went to the kenmore library. I was so disappointed in the amount of large print books available! Even the others were in short supply! So glad to be back at N T library!!
