The North Valley Arts Council supports arts and culture for the artists, arts organizations and citizens of Greater Grand Forks. NoVAC strives to raise levels of appreciation of, support for, and participation in regional arts and cultural communities. We believe that a vibrant community of arts and cultural groups, organizations and entities, as well as individual artists and arts educators is essential to the quality of life and economic vigor of the community at large.
