I’ve already recommended NWVH to my coworkers at both of my jobs. The compassion, patience, and competence shown by all staff I’ve met in the two appointments I’ve had so far have been just part of why I’ve been recommending NWVH to everyone I know who has a fuzzy family member.
We have been bringing our rescue dachshund here for the year we’ve had him and every visit has been excellent. He’s always nervous and skittish at the vet and the entire staff has been kind and compassionate with him, as well as listening well to our questions and concerns and making careful recommendations. He has had excellent care from checkups to emergency appointments and surgery. Highly recommend.
The best vet hospital anyone could visit. I have a Great Dane and German Shephard. I'm no stranger to the Vets. I've been to dozens all across the country. North Windham Vet is far and above the rest. The staff are EXCEPTIONAL people. Hard working, KIND, and go above and beyond. I have entrusted them for 3 years and my dogs have been better for it. My Great Dane has Addisons Disease and they have helped him and me through the whole process. Thankful for them is not a strong enough statement. Above and beyond. Trust them with your pets as I have. You'll be better for it!

Outstanding!! I can’t even say enough about how wonderful everyone is at this vet. My dogs were attacked by another dog on a walk and my vet was unable to take them in. One of my dogs had a large bite wound. North Windham took him in and were meticulous with his care. Dr. Landry-Holden took amazing care of my pups and looked them over thoroughly! Everyone from the front desk, vet techs, and doctors were phenomenal, I can’t say enough! Thank you for taking such good care of my babies North Windham Veterinary Hospital!
Would not recommend coming here. We have been bringing our two dogs and cat here and recently brought our oldest dog in for a routine visit. We were told he needed three vaccinations, which we agreed to without question being that we had given them all previous records we had for him when we started coming here. When we got home we looked through his old records and realized he didn’t need two of the boosters he received for another two years. When we called to question them about it we were told they never received any records for our dog and assumed he needed the vaccinations. We know they have the records because on top of us having physically handed them over to the vet, it is on the app the vet uses to keep records and set reminders. So on top of screwing up the vaccination schedule, they are also refusing to take ownership of their mistake and fix it. Luckily what he received is not dangerous to him, but it makes me wonder if they have been/will be ‘assuming’ what our animals need during each visit. Will not be back and would suggest looking elsewhere if you want a trustworthy place to bring your animals that takes accountability for themselves.
Attentive and friendly staff. Great first visit for Josie and I. Josie was treated with care and understanding to her unique spirit. The facility was bright and clean.
I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my fur babies. I know when I have to bring any of them in the staff treats and cares for them as if they where their own animals.
