My husband and I both bought our engagement/wedding rings here and had the best service! Matte was able to find the perfect fits for each of us and make it work for our budget. They have a wonderful estate collection and you can tell they take pride in their work and what they sell. My husband's family has been coming to NC&J for years and working with Matte and I'm so glad I was introduced and have introduced members of my own family to this jewelry store. I also love that they are willing to take your existing jewelry and make it into something new and exciting. They stand by what they sell and I also appreciate their honesty. My experiences have turned me into a repeat customer even though it's dangerous for my wallet lol. Highly recommend, especially if you are looking for unique pieces!
So happy with my experience. A great deal of attention was given to answer every question we had with no pressure to purchase. We came back a week later and made our purchase. Since it is ordered to our sizes we were given a time frame and even got a follow up call to let us know when we should receive our order. I'm being happy with my experience.
So I’m a dumb ditch digger, the fine folks in the store took extra time walking me through the different styles of rings and asking personal questions about my other half to help me narrow down my selection. She absolutely loved the ring…. Except it was the wrong size on my part. I went back to the store, talked with Matthew about getting it resized. Due to the style of the ring he could not resize it. Instead he ordered a new setting free of charge. You get what you pay for when you walk in that store and more.
Sarah & Matte are the absolute best. They take care of everything whenever I need something from the store. Good, honest staff who are always so nice.
Went in yesterday because I was possibly going to sell some gold jewlery first they were very rude the first last snached my bag out of my hand and then I took it back instead of giving me quotes by just weighing she did a scratch test without my permission with that being said I do not recommend coming to this jewler find so.ewhere else to go
Engagement Ring repair I contacted Matt regarding my engagement ring that lost one of the diamonds and had a chipped diamond as well. I met with Matt and he was knowledgeable and honest on the repair. I left my ring and my new loose diamond stone with him. Within a week I had my ring back and it looked better then ever! I highly recommend this jewelry store. Well done Matt and team. Thank you
I had the best experience with a beautiful woman while my Mother and I were buying silver. My Father took me while he was alive and told me to buy some every paycheck. Great advice. Very friendly and helpful. Precious metals in the back.
Just had the most wonderful experience with Matte. I reached out almost 6 years after getting our engagement/wedding bands from here. My husband lost his wedding band and I was desperate trying to find the exact one. Matte was so helpful in finding the exact ring and inscription. It was ordered and came so fast that I even got it before Christmas! I moved to NJ and they made pickup was fast and easy. Would highly recommend this place for all your jewelry needs!
I visited Northampton Jewelers a few times in the past to sell or "Pawn" some old jewelry. They gave me fair prices and were extremely courteous. They didn't treat me like I was a drug addict or poor like some stores do. Recently I became interested in "Collecting". I believe he name was Sarah. But she was awesome! Explained to me what to look for, What to beware of and how the gold & silver exchange works. She then recommended what coins to buy as a good starter set. Which I did purchase. A very professional and very clean store with mega security. I felt like I was in very capable hands. My only complaint was when I rang the buzzer to be let in, It took almost 5 minutes to be let in.
