Northcoast Inc. Recycling Specialists was founded in 1989 as a full service recycling company. It has since established itself as the area’s leader in custom designed recycling services and total records management programs including secure destruction, record storage, imaging services and privacy law compliance training services. Northcoast has obtained approximately 94% customer retention since opening its doors more than twenty years ago.
In 2000, Northcoast established Northcoast Shredding Services and Record Center offering a wide range of document management programs. Such programs include in-house shredding, on-site shredding, hard drive destruction, non-paper media destruction, record storage, a wide range of imaging and hosting services as well as privacy law compliance training.
Northcoast is dedicated to providing the most secure services to our customers. We are NAID (National Association for Information Destruction) AAA Certified, the highest accreditation a document destruction company can receive in the country. Northcoast is also committed to continuing education and training through NAID. We have personnel that are authorized representatives of the Compliance Toolkit and have obtained their CSDS (Certified Secured Destruction Specialists) accreditation; these distinctions represent our dedication and commitment to providing the most knowledgeable and compliant services possible.
