I had an excellent experience. The doctor and her staff were wonderful. The next day I received a call asking if I was feeling good and if I had any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this facility if you want the best care.
Everyone was professional, courteous and efficient. I arrived at the appointed time, and was shortly escorted in and prepared for the procedure. The nurse was friendly and got straight to business. The doctors also showed to introduce themselves before the procedure and to answer any questions. The procedure went well without any problems. After the procedure, the doctor stopped by to tell me the results.
The nurse and Dr Aggerwal were both so kind and helpful. The follow up by Dr Aggerwal was so appreciated and he was very attentive and personal. Nursing staff was reassuring and kind. Excellent needle placement no pain. They were just outstanding. Highly recommend this facility and doctor be used for any GI needs. Thank you

The entire staff was a joy. Check in was quick and easy. The Nursing staff was incredible!!! They were very knowledgeable and put me at ease. They all worked well together and it showed. Smiles all around!!! I obviously don’t remember the procedure but Dr. Tilson is the best!! Explained everything and offered recommendations.I would highly recommend having this preventative procedure done. It could save your life!!
I really wasn’t prepared for the number of times I’d be asked to review my colonoscopy. I mean, it was fine, I guess? I was asleep. The pictures they provided of the interior of my colon were a nice conversation piece at a recent dinner party. The doctor and staff were competent and kind and yet I hope I never have to have another colonoscopy again.
Staff at the endoscopy center on Lowe’s drive were very caring and professional. Dr Reichheld spoke to me before and after the 2 procedures was very kind and informative. Still waiting for the results of the 3 biopsies which were taken 2&1/2 weeks ago.
First time having a routine procedure. I was extremely nervous. Every team member went out of their way to keep me calm and reassure me that everything would be fine and they were so right. Very positive experience.
