Alicia is a kitchen designer in the Euclid location. Her knowledge of the cabinet options is amazing. It took me 3 trips up there, as I changed my mind about what I wanted. She welcomed me each time, wasn't at all upset that she had to change the design, the cabinet choice, sizes, etc. She helped me reach the final design plan and saved me quite a bit of money in the process. She worked closely with my contractor and incorporated his advice into the design. I completely recommend this store to be one of your quotes. You will likely do your shopping there.
Ashley was great to work with! No pushy sales or being stalked. She answered all our questions and was upfront, transparent and honest. We had a great experience, and found the EXACT piece I was wanting and picturing in my head!
First place I stopped to shop around-7stores later I decide to come back and not waste anymore of my time. Just finalized our new kitchen, I could not be happier. Hannah Toledo is by far the greatest, calmest, and creative kitchen designer. The whole process was seamless, she is extremely responsive via email, and is really knowledgeable of what works and what does not. She's made all my dreams come true. I cannot wait to post photos once installed! Ask for Hannah at the Euclid location, you won't regret it!
Will not purchase anything from Northeast Factory Direct again. At the time of purchase I was told it would be 3 weeks. I waited to hear from them and on the 4th week I had to call them only to find out it was going to be another 3 weeks. I'm not sure what archaic system they use to communicate with manufacturers but with today's technology I'm sure they can provide a more accurate delivery date. Or maybe even just have the decency to call the customer you lied to for a commission. I'm sure it'll get delayed again and they'll blame the manufacturer again. Lesson learned, won't happen again! UPDATE: Rick, the Operations Manager, went above and beyond to provide a solution that reduced the wait time from 7 weeks to 5 weeks and it actually came in a few days early. I believe it would be advantageous if the sales reps/employees would have taken the initiative to recognize a problem and seek out a solution rather than having the "it is what it is" mindset. If they would've had this approach the conversation would've been completely different and I wouldn't have even known there was an issue, only a minor delay. Although Rick assured that this would be a teaching moment for his staff, I greatly appreciate the effort he put in to resolve this matter and I am satisfied with my purchase.
Sales Person i forgot his name was great, gave us our space but checked in every 15 mins or so, didn't have to go looking for him. He answered all of our questions, which made it a smooth process.
Nice looking store was surprised how clean and open considering it’s called warehouse. Marlowe spelling was excellent regarding his knowledge of the product we purchased! Also a friendly guy!
Austin was my salesperson and he was absolutely AMAZING! We got beautiful living room furniture at an incredible price! I recommend them HIGHLY!
