Northeast Institute of Gymnastics has been in existence for many years. We are the oldest gymnastics school in Albany and offer pre- school classes, recreational classes, competitive teams, private lessons and birthday parties as well as summer and vacation camps.
Our philosophy at Northeast is to teach gymnastics to children of ages 2 years and older in a fun-filled safe environment. Our instructors are 100% trained with knowledge of safety and all professionally certified.
