Excellent process that efficiently moves folks through and out the door. Plenty of seating, easy to understand instructions, very nice grounds, clean restrooms. I was treated very nicely by folks who seem to enjoy interacting with the public. Great job, Tarrant County!
So quick and efficiently run. I remember when it used to take hours. Registered one car and complicated title transfer on another. In and out is less than half an hour.
This place is used to be fast providing services to customers when it reopened, not sure what the problem is recently but it is very slow.
Prepare to wait 30 minutes to 2 hours. Usually enough seating for all, but not always. Been here several times and always able to accomplish what I need with no major issues.
After fighting with the lines at the George Hawkes Library, I came here during my lunch to process my passport application. The whole process took about 20 mins. That was from the moment I parked to the time I was seen. I went into the office and I was the only one in there so I was seen right away. The lady that processed my application was very nice and helpful. I really like that the wait times are online and you can basically pinpoint when to arrive.
THIS LOCATION CLOSES AT 4:30 so don’t think you’re getting inside. Incorrect hours are listed on Google and posted on the building—go figure—per Shannon Shaw she claims she’s tried to have the hours changed. Somebody tell Alphabet to reach out to her..
Literally always packed. It seems no one around here has a job because even at 10 am on a weekday you'll find it packed to the gills. I won't come back here for anything.
I was so pleasantly surprised. I was able to park fairly close to the door. Unlike other places I've been. Walking and standing is difficult for me. So I was happy the office I needed was a short walk once inside. I was there to get handicap parking plates. It was quite and clean. They called my number right away. It only took about five minutes. And the young woman that helped me was very polite and professional. Great experience.
This place is awesome, this have everything in one building !!
When I arrived inside the building I checked the direction board to where I had to. go. After that I proceeded to the kiosk checked in then my number printed out. Then right away my number was called. I did not have time to set down nor did I have to wait. I was in & out within 10 minutes
