The mission of Northern Colorado AIDS Project (NCAP) is to equitably meet the evolving needs of people affected by HIV and other disease through prevention, care and advocacy.
NCAP does not discriminate on the basis of age, gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, marital status, HIV status or disability.
All people living with HIV/AIDS in the 8 counties served by NCAP are eligible for case management services including:
* Transportation to Medical Care
* Access to Medications
* In-House Mental Health Counseling
* Housing and Insurance Assistance
* Dental Services
* Nutritional Resources
NCAP also offers a list of services for prevention:
* Outreach Presentations
* Counseling
* Active Awareness Campaigns
* HIV and HEP C Testing Wed 1PM - 6:30PM; or by appointment
