They have a lot of tools to choose from to get the job done. I just bought a northern star deluxe log splitter. I do wish they still sold it with a Honda motor but I'll try the Kohler and see how it works.
Great place to buy quality products. I have bought most of my shop equipment from here. Will definitely continue to purchase from Northern Tools.
I took my saw there since their website says they do repairs. But, they fired that guy. Wasted an hour and gas. When I got there, I could not find an employee and began checking "employees only" areas. Finally found one behind a locked door.
I find it a little bit funny that they will help a skinny person out to the car but a heavier set person they don't even offer I would have asked the guy that helped the skinny person out but as he was coming back he was on a phone and didn't look up when I asked
First of all I want to say that all of their staff at the Saint Peters Store have been friendly and helpful. However, I have gotten two emails on one order saying the items arrived which was not the case. They are still not in. The other complaint was that I called the store and asked them to have the parts up front on a different order as I was in a hurry. When I arrived at the store, they hadn't done it and I had to wait a long time for them to find the order and bring it to the front. They had 30 Minutes to find the part before I arrived
IT WAS EASY ENOUGH TO SHOP ONLINE WITH NORTHERN TOOL BUT I HAD PROBLEMS CHECKING OUT. PERSONALLY I THOUGHT THIS GARDEN CART WAS A BIT PRICEY COMPARED TO OTHERS. HOWEVER, THIS CART HAS FEATURES WHICH OTHERS THAT WERE SIMILAR DID NOT HAVE LIKE THE PADDED ADJUSTABLE SEAT, TOOL HOLDER AND SUPPORT FOR YOUR BACK. MY ATTITUDE ABOUT THE PRICE CHANGED WHEN I USED AN APP CALLED HONEY TO CLAIM A COUPON THAT GAVE ME A 20% DISCOUNT WHICH HELPED ME DROP THE RETAIL PRICE TO UNDER $100. THAT DIFFERENCE IN THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PRICE I USED TO PAY FOR THE NORTHERN TOOLS REWARDS PROGRAM FOR $39.99. ONE OF THE PERKS IS FREE SHIPPING, WITHOUT THE PERK SHIPPING WOULD HAVE BEEN $27.00 ALONE. SO OVERALL HAPPY WITH THE PURCHASE AND CAN'T WAIT TIL I RECEIVE IT. PURCHASED BECAUSE I AM A TALL 5'11" PLUS SIZED PERSON WITH OSTEOARTHRITIS IN BOTH KNEES SO KNEELING FOR ME IS DIFFICULT. THIS CART IS RATED TO BE ABLE TO CARRY UP TO 400 LBS. LOOKING FORWARD TO USING THIS FOR MY GARDEN TASKS. WILL UPDATE AFTER USE. 4/18/2021
Closed five minutes early. May 2nd 2023... drove 95 to get here and hit two kids, then the doors were locked.. Their blood is on your hands Northern Tool. Not mine....
Having worked out of doors for many years I have always purchased my safety clothing from Northern. I have never had a failure with my clothing and the quality has been excellent.
I go to this location several times a month, not only because it is close to my house, but because the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The store has always been clean and well kept. The tools/products are top notch and a huge leap above Harbor Freight. The pricing is very competitive, and the selection is good. I just wish the store was larger in comparison to the other NTs that I have been to. Can’t go wrong from the Store Manager to the parts/service/repair Mike is very knowledgeable, they have everything you need and can keep it tip top shape.
Products and descriptions are great. If you need help from an associate they are knowledgeable and polite. I've purchased several items from Northern Tool and have never been disappointed with service. Any problems were resolved.
