I took my EGO lawnmower for service at this location because EGO told me to. I went there and give all the information for why I was taking it there and provided my email and phone number, about 5 days later I was checking my email to see if they sent me any notification or updates but they did not reached out so I decided to call, and the person on the phone found my case after 17 min on the phone…and then he told me that the technician needs to talk to me to understand better the issue with the lawnmower which I responded “but I have provided my phone and email and the guy never reached out”!! And the guy on the phone says just that you need to call him on Friday so another 2 days for just talk about the same thing all over again. Long story short I called Friday and guess what???? The guy was not on the store hahaha so back to step 1. Customer service skill I would give a -5 if I could. Now I am without the lawnmower because of long weekend and will need to pay to someone to cut my grass. I would never recommend this place to no one!
I don't shop at Northern tool alot as I can usually find things cheaper elsewhere, but they had a milwaukee tool deal I couldn't pass up. This store is kind of hidden away off the main road. It is extremely nice, clean, and well stocked. All the employees were nice and very helpful. Never once did they act like they were inconvenienced by having to help me find what I needed. I normally go to the Buford location as it's much closer, but I never really cared for the store. Will probably make the long trip to Snellville just because of this experience from now on.
Haven't been to my local store in a long time, but just ordered on line. Usually Northern Tool products are very good quality and reasonably priced. Always consider NT before going with Amazon etc.
Bought a transmission jack from here and I was missing the hardware. Alicia and Randy were very attentive and helped me by swapping out the old box with a new one. Great staff. Will be shopping here again!
Great store. Well laid out and very clean. Aisles are easily accessible and clear. I have shopped here and love to come there to just browse.
Very clean and easy to find what you're looking for, I felt like a kid in this place finding verything I need.
Staff are always friendly. Are always willing to help but most of all don't pester you while in the store. This means that I can come and just look around and not feel pressured. Great place.

I have been shopping at Northern Tools for over 20 years in store and online ever since I discovered them in Marietta, GA over 20 years ago. They have great products, good prices and good service. I am never disappointed whenever I shop instore. I always find a deal or something that I can spend my monthly coupons on. Thanks Northern Tool and Equipment. Keep of the good work.
