Northridge Car Wash

This location gas really gone downhill seems like no upkeep. The rinse takes too long to come through to rinse the vehicle and end up with soap residue on the vehicle. I'm not sure what has happened to this place used to be so great to go and clean your vehicle.

Horrible card machines. I have come hete multiple times just to have to leave because their credit card readers do not work anymore. I have told the people who are on sote doing work and they just shrug their shoulders. Usimg a different car wash now. Which is bad for them, I was multiple vehicles every week. If you plan to use a card avoid this place and avoid your frustration.

This was the best place to wash a vehicle. Now it’s terrible. The card readers never work, the soap is garbage and the wants are in bad shape. Don’t waste your time sitting in line expecting to use a card.

Clean location well maintained. For you to use all of the amenities you will be looking at spending $5 or more if you want a thorough cleaning of a larger vehicle. Bring credit card to prevent time expiring with coins and making you begin again. Minimum $2. Vacuums are .75 and are relatively short for their need. Recommend at least 2 people or being real fast.

Some of the equipment may be out of order occasionally like the credit card wasn't working in one bay today but this place is a good deal and most of the time works very well. Today, the selecter dial isn't working very well on the bay just to the right of the center.

Nice DIY wash facility. I hosed down a 21 foot van and the swivel was actually big enough to do this. Many facilities have a smaller swivel for the hose making it hard. Nice they do take cards with a low minimum....$2. One star off for not taking Amex and for a funky building design. One guy was vacuuming his car for what seemed forever. In doing so he was blocking access to an available wash stall. Also no real area to dry your car afterwards.

The card readers don't work at any of the bays except for one. You'll get pretty frustrated trying to find the correct one. This has been the case for at least the past year. Don't waste your time at this place.

It's an ok car wash. The fluids were low so not much came out for suds

Put a dollar in for some change to vacuum my truck and got 2 tokens that said $1 but when I put them in they were 50 cent tokens and it costs .75 so I had 12 min. way more than I needed. So I thought.. once I started vacuuming I realized it wasn't even picking anything up. Thought it was clogged until I realized the hose was disconnected from the machine, so I had to re-connect it which took a few minutes. Should have paid me for my maintenance or at least got a free vacuum. Poorly maintained carwash.

One of the better self serve carwashes around. Liked the fact that the change machine gives tokens that turn $1 into $1.25. Only the one on the left
