Mr. Starks responded quickly to my request for information regarding plots my family owns at Northshore Garden of Memories. It was easy to work with him directly by telephone and he provided the details I was looking for directly to me by email. I appreciated the professional and courteous attention I received.

I recently made a phone call looking for a gravesite. Joe was attentive, efficient, and provided great customer service. Thank you, Joe, for helping us!

EDIT: It has now been almost two weeks since I was told to email my concerns to their support. They responded to one email same day asking the location of the cemetery and have not responded to my emails since. My family owns a number of plots here. We visit often and have always had positive experiences…until recently. A letter in my Grandmothers name is missing. It is covered under warranty. We have put in several work orders for this to be repaired and in over two years, they are still “waiting on the right type of glue”. My Grandfathers death date has never been placed. We were told by two people that it was on site and that they just didn’t have the manpower to place it. As of this week they are saying , the date was ordered in June and has still not arrived. We have also recently visited to find the lawn care company ran right over everyone’s plastic vases. Not just one, but three of our vases were plowed through leaving plastic shrapnel thrown about. Very unfortunate.

Joseph Starks helped me out yesterday with some advance preliminary planning with costs for final burial of my Uncle after he passes. Joseph was able to provide the final costs of the burial as quickly as he committed. He was a pleasure to deal with.

i was finally able to take care of my father's final resting.the only instruction in his will was cremation.it has taken me a few years to place him.north shore garden is where his parents and his mother's parents are resting.it would be fitting for him to be home with them. Joseph and the staff have been great at helping me complete this service and locating the correct space.

Very nice grounds and well tended. Good communication from the office to alert me to special events, flag placings, etc. Reasonably priced, staff is nice and proactive, though they seem to sometimes not always work from the same playbook, which is common for something complicated like a burial, I've since come to learn. They were a comfort when I needed them, and I''m very grateful.

My family and I were at Northshore a few weeks back. The facility was very nice and inviting. There was a gentleman there by the name Joseph who was very helpful as we arrived and had questions. Thank you all so much for the care you all put into everything and having people like Joseph to attend to us.

Kyle did an outstanding job. He communicated clearly and often and met our expectations completely. He and the whole staff made the experience as positive as it could be.

everyone at the facility was very nice, kind of made us feel like they where your family. joseph was nice also and extremely professional in getting exactly what are family needed for are love one. it should be as nice and easy at all cemetery facilities, thanks Northshore Garden
