I am new to glasswork, but was in Seattle area and purposely drove out of our way to stop. First thing out of the clerk’s mouth when I arrived was “we only take people by appointment.” I went way out of my way to stop. He let me shop some, but I would have bought more, but…. No where on Google or the website did I see that statement ‘by appt’. Your reviews aren’t that good, maybe best ones from long term customers that keep you afloat. He was just so disappointing.
I’ve been going here for years, last Tuesday, when showing up at 3:45, my workshop starts at 4:00,, I’m very disappointed in how it’s being run lately…Upon arriving for my workshop, I was asked by Dave if I needed anything? I replied, no I’m good but thank you…then Dave said that it was a good thing, because you’re not going to get anything… he wasn’t trying to be funny, he was purposely being rude. Missy seemed fine with his behavior, hence the reason for the bad review. He’s made tenure, so I guess it’s acceptable.?
Been going there for 35+ years. Customer service was cranky. The other guy who cut and wrap was pleasant. The lightning was unsatisfying for viewing the glass.
Visited from spokane, and was very happy with the glass selection and customer service! Hope to come again in a few months
Had the best experience shopping here. Saving for another trip in September!
The staff is great. I have been a client of theirs for over 25 years.
Excellent service and very helpful staff. Highly recommend!
As a totally new inductee to the hobby, I was treated with a lot of respect by the staff, who set me up with the necessary supplies in short order. Having barely scratched the surface of the inventory, I can easily see this becoming a new "happy place". What is needed is generally there and at a reasonable price. These are the kinds of stores that make you believe in the future of brick-and-mortar business, and should you ever try to dip your toes into glasswork, this is a must-visit spot for sure.
We showed up right before closing and they still took great care of us. Awesome customer service.
What an incredible store!! Great selection of glass and supplies. Everything is nicely labeled and organized and staff is SO helpful!! Can't recommend this store enough. Wish we had one in Denver!
