I have been a customer of NW Barbershop since they opened. I not only get a terrific haircut, but amazing service. Jaime and his colleagues are extremely welcoming and kind. Stop in if you never have, you won't regret it! This was my first time at Northwest Barbershop. Jamie is the man, he gave me one hell of a fresh cut in preparation for my wedding. Armando is the man! I asked him for something different, and man, did he deliver! The guy knows how to keep the good vibes going throughout a cut. Let me tell you, Armando is the real deal. His skills are top-notch, and he pays attention to every little detail. My hair has never looked better! Dude never misses.Service: Haircut

Paid for a specialty 40minutes haircut. Showed up 2 minutes early, the barber saw me and started my haircut 7minute later. asked for a certain hair cut, also showed a picture of a previous hair cut done on me. He did not do the hair cut I asked for, I told him I wanted my bangs trimmed right above or even on my eyebrow level. My hair doesn’t look like I even got a haircut on the sides. Worst fade I’ve ever gotten. And my bangs are an inch above my eyebrows. He also cut the top sides of my hair too short. I also, only got a 19minute haircut, the whole time I felt like he was rushing. I don’t recommend Armando cutting your hair, second time he’s cut my hair and I’ve left very unsatisfied and upset with how my hair came out. Way to overprice for the mid haircut.Service: Haircut

Armando has cut my hair a few times and nailed the cut I wanted to the T. It’s kind of an advanced haircut a burst fade with a v-shaped neckline but he makes it seem like a cakewalk. Thanks for the awesome cut! I’ve been going through a rough patch the last few months and I left feeling pretty good about myself. I wouldn't give Jaime owner any time of day. I've booked with him on TWO separate occasions and he has canceled on me the evening before my morning haircut both times. He doesn't care too give a response or reason, just sends an automated message saying he canceled.Service: Haircut

***Update update: I did go back in for another attempt at a hair cut. Jaime cut my son's hair and I daresay it is the best hair cut he has ever received. He took the time to talk with me about my preferences, my son's hair, and how he would work toward the picture I showed him using my son's hair type. The finished product was fabulous! Ended poorly. Took my kiddo in with picture example and everything. Google gave rave reviews and the ability to book online was lovely. Guys were nice. However, I was a bit concerned with how rough his hair cut was and how it was going to turn out given how fast the barber was cutting. I didn't say anything when he was done as he styled it with water then we left thinking, well this should be ok.....Then it dried. **Update: I do stand by my original stars, however I got a call from the owner this morning and will most definitely give this shop another go at a later date and will revise my review accordingly. Jamie is AMAZING! Not only talented, but super kind and great with my boys giving them awesome haircuts for their new schools that they were a little nervous to attend.
