Went in for a birthday haircut/pedicure. The haircut was 90% done by the instructor and turned out good but the student was on her own for the pedicure. There was no guidance by the instructor and it was so bad in so many ways. Wouldn’t cut my nails, only file. Didn’t wash oils/lotions off so the polish literally fell off the next day. There was so little care and thought put into it. I reached out to them with feedback and never heard back. I only went because I heard the work would be supervised by instructors.

I come here to get my hair done off and on the past 6ish years and they always do fine and the instructors are alright. It’s nice for a little extra pampering for a low cost especially if you have thick hair. Would not recommend getting your nails done here however.

Amazing hair cut experience, the student helping me was very kind and there was a good atmosphere in the building. Instructors were very knowledgeable and only helped out when needed! Would definitely recommend for cost effective trip to the salon.

Perfect for any budget. Great vibe. I love the plants they have. They offer great facials too. Not a lot of people know about that. I always leave here looking my best. The students are learning and they do a great job.

I had an appointment for a touch up and haircut scheduled 6 weeks in advance. They called me 45 minutes before my appointment and cancelled. I’m beyond angry. I wouldn’t recommend going here.

I don’t recommend this place i made an appointment for my hair and the girl who was cutting it cut 4 inches off , one of the teachers was being rude .

I set up appointments for my mom and I to get our hair cut. We showed up about 20 minutes early we both drove an hour to come here and we had my 10 year old brother with us. We were told that no one could be in the salon that was not receiving a service due to COVID-19, but even a child? It would have been nice if they told us this on the phone when we scheduled the appointment. We decided my mom would wait in the car while I got my hair done and then we would switch. The manager agreed that this was fine. It took about an hour and a half for my hair to be finished, and then the manager told me that my mom would have to be rescheduled because they were now closed. It was incredibly frustrating considering they should have told us the rule ahead of time and we drove an entire hour. I was happy with my haircut but very disappointed in the service in general.

A good place to come for a bit pampering like a facial, haircut & a new set nails.

I've been here multiple times, both for myself and once for my 5 year old son. I call ahead and make appointments to ensure that I am not waiting and I've always gotten in on time. The girls are all very nice and the instructors are really helpful when my stylist needs some direction. For the price $5!! even if I didn't love my cut 100% I wouldn't be that upset. It is a teaching school, so take that into consideration when reading the unhappy reviews. These people are still learning their skill, and not everyone that's there standing around is there to do cuts so don't get to impatient if you have to wait a little bit. I will be going back for myself, and even my 5 year old said he enjoyed it which beats the hell out of paying $40+ for a kids salon that does the same thing, just while playing a movie. I think they're worth checking out.
