Dr. Stringham is awesome. He is so kind. Do you describes exactly what's going on with you and what needs to be done to make things better. I definitely would recommend asking to see him when you go to Northwest ENT.
I saw Jeffrey D’ambrosio and Wendy Cates. Great practice! I needed an ENT due to an severe ear infection that left me, basically deaf in my right ear on February 25th. Still had issues mid April. They got me in right away, provided me a plan of action to get my hearing back and take care of the fluid still in my ear!! What more could you ask for! Staff and Dr were awesome! Thank you Northwest ENT.
Wendy Cates was extremely sweet and very informative! I highly recommend her for any audiology needs!
I appreciate Dr. Jeff’s expertise in pediatric ear issues. I was nervous about my 5 y/o son getting ear wax removed but it was done in a few seconds! He also was insightful to ask about his hearing. In the same appointment, my son and I were able to meet with the audiologist and have a hearing test done which was included in the visit. The audiologist, Wendy, was so kind and my son was very comfortable around her. 10 stars!
Jeff was amazing- very minimal wait time. The staff there is super friendly and makes u feel at ease. I will never use another location. Absolutely love these guys.
I ‘ve had a lot of Dr. Over my 73 years and never had a more pleasant ,courteous and caring Dr., Ever. Can’t hardly wait to get back and get my new hearing aids. She is/was the absolute best. I was so surprised at how great she was. "Jeep" caillouet

Great Staff at Northwest ENT! They are always very pleasant and professional. I have had sinus surgery to allergy shot treatments with no issues at all.
Outstanding visit with Dr. Wendy. She listened to my concerns and is treating the symptoms I have. Unlike a different Audiologist whi was only concerned about selling me ear plugs.
The office was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and were adept at dealing with an not always cooperative toddler. We were in an out of our appointment in a timely manner with a satisfactory outcome. Will continue to use this office and Dr. Stringham as our needs dictate.
