I felt complete trust and in good hands!!!! This office is professional AND warm. I had bad dentistry work in Portland and drove to Eugene to have Dr Eckstrom help fix my failed root canal/ and oral surgery. He was fast and efficient in his work. He also was honest in letting me know that I needed to address some other issues with my teeth that my dentists in Portland failed to even bring up. I feel so grateful to know I can trust my dentist as he was completely honest and explained everything to me on a level I could understand. He definitely has his patients best interest while practicing his profession. He made sure to do everything to make me comfortable during my procedure and his staff are all so kind. I will recommend to all my friends who live in Eugene!
I will be forever grateful to Dr. Eckstrom and the entire staff for the excellent care I received at this office. I went to Northwest Eugene Family Dental needing extensive work. They made a plan and before I knew it, the work was completed. I love my new smile and couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Truly the best dental care I have ever received.
Rebecca, Margaret and receptionist sorry, forgot her name. In which I had experiences with, are all A+..I have no doubt the rest of the staff is no different.. Certainly made my change over to a New dentist office stress free. Kudos to the Dr. as well. Am sure you'll feel the same if you give them a chance. P.S. let ya know how root canal coming up goes. Feeling good about the odds after today and the meeting and experiencing them.
Not a good experience. The doctor didn't take the time to understand my allergies, as a result I ended up with welts and blisters in my mouth. He also didn't check my bite after installing my crowns. The fit was so bad that I couldn't close the right side of my mouth. There was about an eighth of an inch gap. He tried to fix my teeth. My bite is still off. My new dentist referred me to a specialist to get it fixed right. I would not recommend this dentist. But I have to say, Dr Eckstrom has an amazing support staff.
I like this dentist and hygienist a lot, they know I’m a coward at the dentist and do their best to make me feel better. The only I don’t care for is pushing fluoride products - those of us who don’t use them shouldn’t have to be defensive or explain ourselves.
I'm so happy to have found this dental office! Dr. Eckstrom and his staff are professional, friendly and compassionate. I highly recommend this dentist.
I just had one of the best dental experiences of my life. I went into Northwest Eugene Family Dental for a cleaning and I was met by Jenny, my hygienist for the appointment. She was engaging, funny, conscientious, professional, and efficient. I felt she did an incredibly thorough cleaning, and I actually enjoyed the appointment!!! I live over an hour away and was thinking about trying to change to a dentist closer, but Jenny has made it very difficult to want to leave.
Such a friendly and upbeat staff! I got in as a new patient pretty quickly within a week and they fit my cleaning in on the same day even though it wasn’t scheduled. Doc answered a lot if my dental questions and took time to explain things well to me. Highly recommend!!
Accidentally called Northwest Eugene Family Dental instead of my usual dentist, and I'm very glad I did! Great service, good cleaning, friendly team, and they got me in right away. Definitely coming here from now on!
Great first meeting with Dr. Eckstrom and staff. Courteous treatment backed up with clear information about my dental issues and treatment options. I have two more treatments already scheduled and have been shown more options if I want them. All in all, a great start.
