Northwest Eye Surgeons provides comprehensive medical and
surgical eye care. Our services include complete eye examinations,
glasses and contact lens prescriptions, and treatment of con-
ditions affecting the eye such as glaucoma, diabetes, corneal
disease and infections.

Our physicians are trained in the latest techniques of no-stitch,
small-incision cataract surgery with standard and premium
implant lens, eyelid surgery and LASIK/PRK. We also offer

Dr. Watson is so wonderful! I know a lot of reviews mention wait times but with Dr. Watson I’ve never had that issue. She is so knowledgeable and kind. She has always gone above and beyond and I am so grateful. Everyone in the office is always so nice too when you call to schedule, to checking in and out. True experts in the care provided.
Excellent service and patient care. Thank you Dr. Boyle and team for taking very good care of me during treatment of a chalazion. Yes, there is a little bit of a wait time, but the quality of service is well worth the wait.
Slowest place I’ve been to. Waited 2 hours for my appointment. Never on time. Absolutely ridiculous. If you’re into books and movies this is the place to come. They give you plenty of time to go read a book or see a movie. Any recommendations?
Horrible service. We had appointment at 3:45pm and they keep us waiting in the exam room for half an hour doctor came at 4:25pm. They just think they are the only one who works don’t even realize that we also come from work and we have to go back to work. I will not recommend this office to anyone.
I was a little unsure about going here based on the reviews. Not the quality but the wait. I was unsure to the point I brought my pc and intended to do work before my appointment. My experience was exceptional. I was a new patient but was taken back to the exam room before I was done with my paperwork. Service was great, thorough, well done. Doctor explained everything and even having had multiple tests done, was finished in about an hour. Very impressed with the staff, their professionalism and their expertise, will definitely make Northwest my eye care provider of choice going forward. Great job!
8:30am appointment-9am checked out by tech - when I asked how long she thought the wait would be she told me the doctor was not in yet and there were at least 5 people in front of me and it would be another hour or so…..the staff did their best, but I won’t be returning. Also, to the reviewer using caps, not all eye appointments require the eyes be dilated.
I have to write this IN RESPONSE to the people complaining about TIME.....in CASE YOU DO NOT KNOW PEOPLE......geesh these people are stupid....when you go to an EYE DOCTOR....A MEDICAL DOCTOR....they have to give you EYE drops to dilate your eyes...so the doctor can see and observe the optic nerve....as....those drops take between 20 -30 minutes to work.... So.....they have to STAGGER the appointment times...to allow for that time for the eye drops to dilate the EYES. This IS...THE BEST PRACTICE in Columbus. Could it possibly BE that people just don't understand the process...?????? ABSOLUTELY. If you want eyesight to fall prey to a typical 'run' thru a Wendys drive thru....go elsewhere...but...at least with NORTHWEST...you can GUARANTEE....they will be extremely professional and COMPLETE. remember...oh...childish whiners.........some things in life take TIME.... DEAL WITH IT.
Dr Dan Brown should be recognized for his outstanding commitment to excellence. Courtesy, knowledge and going above and beyond with his patients care are some of many traits we should recognize. Minimal pain and comfort, explain thoroughly every step of the surgery he’s performing and also the best result. Dr. Brown was my dad’s doctor and I just love his treatment compromise to the best. I would highly recommend Dr Brown as the best eye surgeon I have ever met. Thanks a lot
After having an eye issue that became so painful I couldn't be in any light. I finally got in for an appointment several weeks later only to find out there had been a contact stuck in my eye for severals week. As others mentioned I also waited forever in multiple waitings at each appointment. At the time the contact was removed I had bifocal contacts. It was told to stay away from contacts and just but "cheater" glasse.s. I avoided paying the final part of my payment because I was so upset. I got a proper diagnosis and will send them their payment today against my better judgement.
First Appt was good - saw a doctor within 20 minutes of my actual appointment time. Second Appt horrible, 1.25 hours after Appt time I arrived on time and still haven’t seen a doctor. Will not be returning.
