AUSTELL LOCATION REVIEW ONLY!!! I do not recommend this office at all. They the staff are VERY unprofessional. Attitudes are AWFUL and out of this world. I had an issue with my mom’s medication! You would think her dr would call to ensure she’s doing ok considering she’s Stage 4 breast and bone cancer, but nope she had not!!! If my mom had not been coming here for the last 5 years I would move her immediately. Nonetheless, I am looking for another oncologist and office staff that actually cares and doesn’t treat the patients and their families as if they are just numbers!! My suggestions is file a complaint and as many as you have to, to ensure your loved one is treated with respect as are you! On a side note, the Kennestone location is completely DIFFERENT. The staff is kind and very helpful. Kristen the office manager actually apologized and cared enough to LISTEN to my concerns. Wendy had the prescription READY when I walked in ! Their professionalism is UNMATCHED and I can’t thank them enough for caring not just about my mom but about me as the caregiver. She even congratulated my twins for graduating on the SAME day all of this happened to me! Thanks ladies

No recommended. They let the elderly sit there for way to long. Just another place that does not care about the elderly.
