My experience, from start to finish, has been wonderful. Alex, Lauren, Chris, Andrew and Dave are an excellent team - and each is also a super kind person. I found them to be responsive to calls, emails and design questions. They kept in touch throughout the whole process. I was really pleased with how smoothly the install went. Though I tried not to be a distraction and ask too many, they patiently answered all my questions. I appreciated the pains they took to work neatly and respect my home. The finished product is gorgeous! The Mendota fireplace insert is even nicer in my living room than it was in the showroom. I m really glad I used Northwest Hearth and Home and will continue to recommend them in my circle of influence.

Our older stand-alone gas fireplace was in need of help. Fortunately, we found NW Hearth and Home Services. Ken and Andrew were so helpful and professional. They went way above what we have come to expect from most service calls. Along with Tracy, they kept us fully up-to-date on what was needed and jumped in to help us at every step of the way. They stayed until the job was complete and made sure to show us that everything was working. Their prices were more than reasonable. If we could, we would give them 10 or even 11 stars.

From start to finish the process was smooth and they delivered a great product. We replaced a builder grade gas insert because it was inefficient. We wanted a unit that would actually put out heat and be more energy efficient. I feel that we got both in our new unit. Lauren at the store was both knowledgeable and helpful. The installers Chris and Alex were fantastic they also were knowledgeable and effective during the install process. They kept the work area and surrounding areas clean and neat. We love our new unit and use it often. If you are thinking about a new fireplace visit their showroom to see all the products.

Northwest Hearth and Home was a great business to work with. Our pandemic era home build and fireplace build-out were marred by longer than usual delays. We had to put NW Hearth and Home off numerous times, but they always attempted to meet our 'new' schedule and were not fazed. Lauren Cloninger and her installation team did a nice job, and we are happy with the results.

One of the best consumer experiences of my life! In January we purchased a small Morso 1410 wood stove for my son. We researched wood stoves for 6+ months, visiting every stove store in the area multiple times. Every experience with others stores redirected us back to Northwest Hearth and Home. Lauren and every staff member who helped us with our research, were all engaging, patient with our endless questions, and expert in wood burning stoves. The installation was an equally superb experience. Andrew and Taylor were prompt, professional and skilled. Our install required some last minute adjustments due to a roof vent, and it was gratifying and reassuring to watch them work together and come up with a solution that did not require removing the vent. I highly recommend Northwest Heart and Home!

Northwest Hearth and Home is a great business. They are organizing, fast and we’re just wonderful to do business with. Lauren was patient helping us pick out our new fireplace and kept us informed of back order and delay caused by pandemic and snow storm. They let the job site clean at this he end of the day, arrived on time. This has been the best home improvement project since we moved to Lacey.

We just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the new fireplace and the installation. Christian and Andrew did a perfect job. They were on time, polite, extremely tidy, and both took all the necessary time to get things right but also were efficient with the time they did spend here. Whatever you’re paying them, we suggest a raise for both. The weather hasn’t really turned enough yet for us to actually use the thing on a daily basis as we anticipate once fall/winter gets here, but it looks great, works well, and is such a visual improvement over the original fireplace. You were all great, and while we don’t anticipate needing to do this again, we most certainly will recommend you to our friends.
