I had a prior appointment with Dr. Lusardi and left disappointed. I did not receive the care I felt I should’ve. I felt rushed and overlooked as though he didn’t investigate throughly the problem I’d been having with my nose . I’ve been having constant nosebleeds and spitting up bloody mucus and when I told him, he seemed to had bypassed those problems. The staff seems to be more concerned with how/ if you’re going to pay before receiving services than the actual care of the patient . Tread lightly .
