Came here with my mom because she doesn’t speak English very well and the lady at window 5 was the one that “helped us out” she was older and had her hair in a very tight bun lighting color and glasses and she asked my mom if she had her passport card and my mom handed it to her and handed her the paperwork that she filled and said she had to mail it out not sure why they made an appointment if they weren’t going to process her paperwork there. When this lady handed my mom her paperwork my mom trusted that this government employee would give her back all her documentation the same way back. We got home and noticed that her passport card was not in her folder and we tried calling but nobody answered and we went back here and went to her window and she got very loud and historical that it even made us uncomfortable and said she never touched my mom’s passport card but she did she even looked at it and said “oh it’s not that expired by that much “ since it expired in January of this year. She later told us to go ask in the front which we did and of course they didn’t have it because it wasn’t turned in because the last person that had it was this woman that made sure her “badge” didn’t show her name!!! This is how identity theft is done by these same employees working for the government!! People like her should not be working at these places with our personal information!!

Be careful! They like to scam people and take money later. I got a waiver/exemption for a filing fee and 6-7 years later they are taking money from my tax returns. Last year I got an email that money was intercepted for the Superior Court of Maricopa, no explanation, couldn't get any help. A year later the same thing happens except they take more! And it says we have 30 days from the date the letter went out on paper its printed March 7th 2023, who knows when they actually sent it. Maryville USPS is horrible and infamous for losing mail and delivering it extremely late to file and get a refund, that doesn't help when the letter gets to us between April 17th and April 20th. Checked my mail last week and it wasn't there. My filed and stamped by Michael K. Jeans Clerk of the Superior Court and Kevin Dotson Deputy Clerk paper work shows the total amount is $0.00

Here to get certified copies of court documents, been here for 20 minutes now. 5 people working at the windows and only 1 person calling up people. They have no urgency to help people at all

Work at hassayampa court in El mirage az .Spoke with Andrea was so rude. Kept forward my call to the district manager. Start getting loud and would not let me know the next step for court process.. not professional at all..

Don’t waste your time filing passport information here. The employees were very unprofessional absolutely rude. We were turned away two times for incorrect paperwork instead of the first person telling us everything that we needed to bring back. When we came back for the third time, the third employee was just as unprofessional and rude as the first two. It felt like we were an inconvenience for them. We booked an appointment two months in advance, took two hours, just to be told our paperwork was expired. The employees either need to change their attitudes or get a job they enjoy doing. I thought it was just us but we overheard them being rude and unprofessional with just about everyone ahead of us in line. I’m sure a few others wanted to speak to a supervisor as well.

Quick and easy. In and out in no time. The security staff were professional as well as the employees. No issues.

Went to get a marriage license early morning on a Wednesday. There's nobody there. The whole process went smoothly, people were helpful and friendly. Nothing to complain about here

My fiancé and I got our marriage license here. We walked in and security asked why we were in . After getting through security we were looking for a sign for marriage licenses but there was none and we were kind of lost. The lady at the information desk saw we were confused and pointed us in the right in the right direction. We had an appointment but still had to take a ticket number and we were seen right away. The lady that issued the marriage license was very kind. I told her we were planning on coming back to the court to get married and wanted to know how that worked. She gave us a paper with information and a number to call if I had anymore questions. The paper handout was extremely helpful. We are excited to come back here when it’s time to wed!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I wanted to get married here yesterday. I called them to see to make sure they were doing the ceremonies and the lady sent me to another phone number saying the one on the site wasn't the right number. Then I wait forever with no answer well they answered, but all you could hear was people moving around in the office. I kept saying hello? I have a question. No response. I hung up and tried again and someone finally answered, and told me to look up another court. That I could not find online at all. When I asked "can I be transferred to it?" The lady said no and I was like do you know the phone number then? No also. So I kept trying to to call other courts to find out, also no answers to my questions. I finally gave up and went somewhere else to get married. I would not recommend this place at all unless you want to just beat around the bush forever and never get a straightforward answer or help with your question.
