There is nothing that these folks cant do! I have used them multiple times and they always exceed my expectations very rare these days!. I needed a StarLink system set up and mounted on my very high tin roof. I believe that Dan he and his wife Carmen are the owners is the only person that would have done what needed to be done to get me up and running. This would have been a job most people would have walked away from see pic below!!. Dan and Ben were absolutely committed to doing everything needed to get me up and running and complete a very difficult installation. Dan is the most detail oriented person i have met and takes pride in tackling the toughest jobs. He is very technical and understands everything about satellite, internet, high definition home audio/video etc.. Carmen Dan's wife is customer obsessed and pleasing/delighting their customers is clearly her ambition. Very communicative, responsive and easy to reach. I cant think of another business in NWA that I would recommend more than Lowell Electronics.
Great people that really care about the services they provide. Dan and Carmen went above and beyond to take care of my needs. I have an RV that needed AV attention and I will never go anywhere else. BTW, I live in Tulsa not NWA.
Our antenna install was done with great thought and care by Norwood Lowell Electronics. We had to reschedule our service 5 times due to unforeseen weather and my family issues as well. Their office called to keep us updated at every turn. Even though we are in the rural north of Bentonville, The new TV antenna now consistently pulls in over 80 channels due to the installers forethought and recommendation of the model we now own. We are extremely satisfied with the entire experience from the initial constultation to the completed professional installation.
I've been a customer of Lowell Electronics and worked with Danny and Carmen for over 15 years. Together we have networked 4 homes and done some incredible projects that would not have been possible without the amazing expertise and positive attitude that they provide. I could not have been happier with the results and feel like all of my money was well spent. I recommend them above all others in this area.
Dan and Ben mounted our 55” TV on our brick faced fireplace. They did a great job and were meticulous in making sure no wires were visible. I will be using Lowell Electronics for future jobs. I highly recommend them if you need work done.
What a great experience we had with Norwood Lowell Electronics! Dan arrived on-site with multiple equipment choices and installation alternatives. Various options were presented to customize for our infrastructure and desires. Our satisfaction was confirmed each step of the way. The result is excellent, including a very professional cable run. Our broadcast TV increased from 3 to 34 channels, with great reception in extreme rural Benton County, Arkansas. From the initial consultation to the final success, it was a wonderful, customer-oriented success. Sincere admiration for Norwood Lowell Electronics!
Working with Lowell Electronics was a great experience. They will get you what you want at a great price. They are very professional and upfront about the work that needs to be done. Quality installation is their #1 priority. You will not ever want anyone else working in your home
These guys are awesome. They were absolutely on time, left the job cleaner than they found it. Installed a 65 and 46 flat screen in my new townhouse. Rates were incredibly reasonable. The guys were polite and very thorough. I highly recommend them for any type of home theater install in NWA!
Great service. Excellent products. The owners are all about service and doing right by their customers. Great line of products and the ability to install home theater systems while providing future support. Give them a try. Much better than the big chain stores. You can’t go wrong with Norwood Electronics.
I had a faulty Samsung panel in my 75" brand new TV something extraordinarily common lately - buyer beware! that was purchased from Best Buy but had a warranty program from Best Buy that funneled the service to Lowell Electronics. Their customer service was fantastic, prompt, courteous and exceptionally honest. A complete 180 from dealing with Samsung customer service direct. Highly recommend for service and also check them out if you're looking for TV's as well.
