Someone recommended this place and they were absolutely correct! The best burger I've ever had in my entire life! Very friendly staff and clean establishment with great service! If you're looking for a trendy, delicious place to eat in downtown Portland, I highly recommend Nosh!!Food: 5/5
4.5* We ordered the pulled pork Mac & cheese delicious! Super creamy! and the poutine great portion size! Awesome amount of cheese! Gravy was pretty tasteless though, and would have liked the mushroom chunks to be larger. Service was awesome and we loved the atmosphere!
Wow. This is the second time coming here and the service and food are absolutely amazing. Me and a friend decided to split the Black and Brie Burger and it was divine. They split it for us in the kitchen which was so very nice of them. They have quite the variety of drinks here including mocktails for the non-alcoholic drinkers. 11/10 will come here again!
Cozy restaurant with great specials. Got their hamburglar special that included a cheeseburger and fries for $11. The bartender was very friendly! Would go there again.Food: 4/5
The guys were super nice and the dishes were delish. For tacos and beer for two our bill was very reasonable. The veggie and fish were my favorite. Both very flavorful and a great texture on the fish. Their tortillas are corn so also naturally gluten free! Also, as California natives we found the salsa excellent!Food: 5/5
Absolutely delicious!! My boyfriend and I were catching a show at the State Theatre and needed a place to go for supper. We found Nosh just by walking by and decided to eat here as the atmosphere looked cozy. Best burger I've ever had! We're from Canada and I had the Double Cheeseburger and my boyfriend had the chicken sandwich. We were both in awe of how delicious it was. 100% highly recommended!
Nosh used to be a one of a kind establishment. Somewhere I would go for snazzy burgers, good beer, and delicious bacon dusted fries. It stood out. Somewhere along they line, they cut their menu to nearly a 3rd of its prior glory and changed from big juicy patties to smashburgers and from thick warm steak fries dusted with bacon and served with elite side sauces to ordinary fries with the copy pasted +$2 for Parmesan truffle fries. Their beer menu has also been gutted. I asked the waitress about the shift and apparently it was a change of ownership as their sales weren’t high enough. Frankly, I am beyond devastated. This place has become another boxed up Buzz Lightyear on the proverbial toy store wall and there seems to be no sign of intelligent life left in the kitchen. I will say the service is MUCH improved as are the wait times. The service was kind and enthusiastic and I wish them all very well and our tip reflected the good quality of their service. We got both of their burgers and the chicken sandwich with a draught IPA, a canned brown Ale, and their penicillin cocktail. However, for $94 before tip and a literal 60% drop off in quality, we will never be coming back. There are better places to get smash burgers and better places to go get the thick juicy burgers they once ruled the town with. Rest in Peace to the Nosh I once knew.
The food at Nosh is top notch! We waited a while for our food, but when it came it was definitely worth it. I had the sweet and spicy burger with bacon dusted fries and my friend had the pork Mac and cheese and all were amazing! I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Portland.Food: 5/5
The food and service was AWESOME! Busy beautiful Friday night with the doors open to allow in the cool air made this restaurant the place to be! Everyone inside was eating hamburgers and they looked delicious; however, I’m an appetizer and entree fella, so I went with the Adult Lunchables and Steak Frites and my wife had the Pulled Pork entree. We were not disappointed! The staff is great! They had a packed house, but we didn’t notice due to the professionalism and attentiveness they showed everyone! Please try this restaurant, I’m certain you will enjoy it!
Nosh was pretty good! Their drinks were a little pricey for an average cocktail. Their service was friendly and pretty quick. We got the Mozzarella Sticks and they were absolutely delicious! The most melty and gooey Mozz Sticks ever— clearly house-made from scratch. The actual restaurant is small, so you may experience wait times and they don’t take reservations. I don’t think it would be a good place for large parties. Parking is street parking only. I would recommend Nosh for a casual bite to eat and apps.
