I like that this is attached to the airport, but I don't like that the garage is not secured so no Emerald Aisle. This can be an issue when many on your evening flight use National, and that there is only one rep at the booth. I had to wait about 30 mins since I was at the end of the line. However, I loved that they gave me a Tundra 1794 Edition, partly because they had no truck rentals that day. That truck had Texas plates so it probably won't be there long.
I like renting from National. Always good service and nice cars. Consistent too. This is my 1st choice when I need a vehicle.
Very satisfied with friendly customer service. Steven Kelly was exceptional and went above and beyond. My first experience with National at Jackson was not good. Despite confirmation, no cars were available on arrival. On this second trip, everything was excellent, particularly staff. They seemed to enjoy what they were doing, and were helpful and friendly. Plan to stay with NATIONAL!
Generally, my experience with National has been good regarding car readiness, staff, friendliness, cleanliness of the vehicle, and the checkout and return processes. However, in my last rental, the car clearly had some previous hail damage on the hood and roof. I did not notice it in the dark parking garage where I picked up the vehicle. When I returned it a couple of days later, during which there were absolutely no weather events, the technician noticed the many dings on the car. Ultimately, it was not my issue. However, when renting a car with that much damage, it should be clearly noted in advance in the paperwork and pointed out to the renter so they know they have no liability risk.
Rented a vehicle through National at the Tulsa Airport location. Riley R. was efficient and friendly in making sure I was in my reserved vehicle in less than 3 minutes upon me presenting my information at the counter. Vehicle was in great shape and the return process was quick and painless. Definitely recommend renting from this location and National in the future! Already looking forward to my next rental!
The women who assisted me at check in was wonderful and showed great customer service. She was helpful and when the remaining fleet did not meet my needs she went above and beyond to find a suitable replacement. She had blonde hair and was an older woman on the afternoon of March 24. Upon returning my vehicle I was assisted by another great employee. I believe his name was Josh but I could be wrong he too was helpful and provided good customer service. All in all, you have a great team at the Tulsa Airport!
Never flying in to Tulsa again, just to avoid having to use this branch of National. I rent a car EVERY single week from National and this is easily the worst branch I have encountered. No recognition of status, no emerald aisle or executive aisle, no selection of vehicles. I am having to drive to OKC just to get a car that I fit into. Live and learn I guess, but avoid this location at all costs.
I have been loyal to National Car rental for a decade or more. I rent 2-3 times per month. I returned a car to the tulsa ok location on july 30, 2023. I realized once on the plane that my air pods fell out of my bag on to the floor of the car. I immediately filed a lost item report. In the past week inhave called repeatedly every day to no avail. It is impossible to speak to a live person at the location. Through Find my iPhone I can see my AirPods are at the tulsa airport location! I enlisted the help of the tulsa airport authority and they weren’t able to get assistance from anyone either. I am beyond furious and disappointed. I’ll return to Hertz as a result of this incident. I know that my lost item is at your facility. Now it feels like they were stolen since I can’t seem to speak to anyone. It doesn’t help that when you call the 800 number I’ve had to speak with someone in another country who offers absolutely no help.
Wanted to write a quick review to recognize Kendra Stacy at National. Last week I was traveling in for work on a Monday afternoon and National was extremely busy. They were running just a little behind getting all of the cars turned around to hand out to people waiting. There were several unhappy customers and Kendra did a great job handing everyone's concerns professionally. I am sure it is a tough situation having a lot of people wait and having to be the messenger that it will be a minute, but her customer service shined. She offered me a free rental day to compensate for my wait time and was very polite through the entire experience.
The pickup/dropoff at the Tulsa airport has been an easy, pleasant experience. My car was ready for me at the time of pickup. Dropoff was VERY fast, which was very nuch appreciated since I had to dash to catch a flight. Employees were super friendly and helpful. I have no complaints at all! Thanks guys!
