Mayra at the nail salon is the best! She was very gentle and kind while doing my nails and asked frequently if I wanted to make any changes to ensure I loved the result. Would absolutely recommend her! For an express shellac it was $30 so the price point wasn't bad at all took about an hour. The atmosphere and decor of the spa itself is very opulent and calming. I waited for a few minutes in their "sanctuary" and it was a very nice and calming space. I will definitely be back! Thank you, Mayra!!   Also don't mind the chip on the middle finger. I didn't wait long enough and dinged it before it was dry

Amazing service! I received the Nouveau Spa Day and was pampered from dawn to dusk. The European facial was fantastic and extremely relaxing. My skin has never felt so soft and never glowed so much before. Courtney in the Nail Salon was a sweetheart, she is great at what she does and i have never met someone with such a calming presence before. The food served there is delicious and the infused water was flavorful and refreshing.

I received the Decadent delight gift certificate for my birthday. I waited three months for my appointment. Which is not an issue because I understand it can be hard to coordinate for 3 different services. I had a day facial and massage done on one day, then the pedicure done another. When I went to check out for my pedicure I am asked if I want to use my gift certificate. Of course I want to use it that is what I scheduled for. The lady at the front desk then tells me I owe another $20 for the pedicure. I’m trying to figure out how I owed another $20 for a gift certificate package that included those three services. I did not do any add-ons to the pedicure. It was a 30 minute express with no gel polish or French tips, just regular polish. I paid it and did not question. But I don’t think I will be back. Very disappointing considering myself, my mother, sisters, and even my daughter has been coming to this day spa since you were at the first location off of Gage. I have no complaints with the services I received just be checking out process that I was overcharged for.

I LOVE my pedicures at nouveau!!! The chairs are amazing and the associates take their time to make the whole experience memorable. I enjoy hot tea while I get my toes done. I am asked how short I want my toes, and permission when clipping or doing anything of the sort. My polish stays on longer than when I go anywhere else. They don’t stop scrubbing until your feet are not rough unlike other places. They spend a whole hour lining on your feet and it shows!

I received a gift card for a spa day and it was hands down the best day I could’ve had for myself! This was my first visit and I literally felt so pampered. The Decadent Delight spa package was the perfect amount of pampering with a facial, massage and pedicure! And the snack inbetween was just equally and beautifully done! Everyone was so kind! I would recommend this place over and over again and I can’t wait to return!

Took my daughter for a mommy and me pedi date. The ladies were amazing and made us feel so special. It was clean and overall a great experience. We’ll be back!

I recieved a gift certificate for a facial and I was so impressed with my visit. I had never had a facial before and didn't know what to expect but it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. From the warm beds to the friendly staff everything was great and I am definitely going to include this as part of my routine every couple months.

Amazing Spa!!! All the staff are very friendly and helpful.  since you arrive you feel tranquility and peace. Once inside the massagist are very friendly people who explain what they will do, the first step is the feet wash with warm water... then a massage that leaves you very relaxed and full of tranquility. Without a doubt a magnificent place to receive a good massage. 100% recommended!!!!
