I've only had two visits and was seen promptly. Amanda explained each exercise I had to do and so far so good. The facility is clean, well lit, friendly staff and has multiples of each equipment so there really is no waiting.
Novacare has promoted my recovery after surgery and I couldn’t be happier. Kathryn, PT, has a way of using humor as we do this serious work to motivate me to do my best. Jill, at the front desk, makes me feel welcome at this super clean site. It is a pleasure to work with all the dedicated staff in Southampton.
Jessica and Slav are the best I have worked with. Both have turned around me 360 degress in recovery process. Most fun I had along with my PT/OT. Moved back from Atlanta just for the reasonJessica so I can work with her and she had been of immense help in my recovery process. NO WORDS TO EXPRESS my gratitude to JESSICA and SLAV. And Jill who always helped in managing and keeping me on my schedule.
I had vertigo for a long time. Amanda did manipulations on my head and after 2 sessions it was gone. She is careful and precise in her treatments. I highly recommend NovaCare and specifically Amanda Kuptsow. Thank you!

The few people I've dealt with have been very nice. Amanda, who is very caring and patient, is my main therapist but others have guided me at times. I like the interaction between the patients and therapists. Everyone makes you feel welcome when you walk in the door. I'd recommend this Novacare location to anyone.
Kathryn Caridi has been wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and professional . I been to several PT places and by far Novacare has been the most beneficial one ever for my knees I would highly recommend Novacare and especially Kathryn Caridi. I cliqued with her immediately. She makes me do what I need to heal safely and properly. I feel Like family when I’m there, not just a number. She truly cares about her patients
Jill, Amanda, Kathryn and the rest of the team are great at what they do. They always make you feel welcome. They turned one of the toughest periods of my life into a great experience that I looked forward to, and made it simple and easy to get better. I have immense appreciation for everyone there and would strongly recommend them to anyone and everyone.
I just started here at NovaCare in Southampton on Street Road.The people are so friendly and my therapist is truly professional. He makes me feel that my recovery is important. I will recommend this this facility to my family and friends.
I would like to say thank you to my physical therapist Kathryn Caridi. I was injured in Auto accident.She helped me out to manage pain in different parts of my body low and upper back, knees, neck through physical exercises of different kind, massage and stretching for dizziness. All treatment was done with professional care, patience during the therapy sessions. It helped me out to recover from my injuries quickly enough and I sincerely appreciate it. Staff is very professional too. Highly recommend this place!
