Very easy and friendly. The technicians and front desk assistants are wonderful. I had to update this review because I noticed an ADA issue today. There isn't a handicap button to open the door. I watched a man try to open the door, hold the door open, while pushing his wife's wheelchair. I would have helped, but I use trekking poles myself. I was lucky enough to have someone hold the door for me when I arrived.
Absolutely perfect, the scheduling was great, receptionist was lovely, they are open late, they took me straight back and made me feel very comfortable. Couldn’t have went better.
Check In was pleasant! I was greeted with a smiling face and pleasant attitude. The technicians there are ALWAYS PLEASANT and that helps keep you calm and not anxious about the procedure all women are not excited about but have to experience.
It was good. Staff was really sweet and knew I was a little scared of that test I was fixing to take. Was very caring and loving and helpful with me. For that I was very thankful of the staff I had Thanks ladies. God bless y'all . Thanks
I have been to this location several times over the years never have been disappointed always extremely fast and helpful and very nice people I would recommend this location for Piedmont imaging of novant for MRI, x-rays or any other type of scan you need they will take care of you. Extremely fast turnaround on reading x-rays same day readings.
From the checking in to me having my test everyone was professional and courteous. I would recommend having all your testing of any kind done here at Novant Health.
Forget your fears of having a mammogram or the results because your hand will be held throughout the entire process. Their follow up? Same. Very personal and thorough. Every concern heard and truly addressed.
More often than not, society is quick to complain but rarely takes the time to compliment. Well, I am here to give a loud shout-out to an awesome group at Piedmont Imaging in Winston-Salem. From the moment I checked-in to the completion of my MRI, I was assisted by the following team members who provided excellent “customer" service on May 11, 2023: Front Desk: Lynn Fluoroscopy: Dara and Jordan MRI: Andrea and Jodi. Andrea has helped me with previous MRI’s. My kudos for her today also applies to my prior visits as well. They were very respectful, courteous and personable. While I was undergoing the Fluoroscopy and MRI’s I had two done, they explained to me what was going to occur and was often asked if I was doing ok. It’s the little things that can have the biggest impact and their care and concern are good examples of that. I truly hope these top-notch professionals are appreciated and properly acknowledged by administration. Don't lose these gems! Robin Brown
Went in to schedule and MRI for and up and coming procedure in a few weeks Lynn J was able to help me with that so well I was able to get the MRI that evening. Lynn thanks again for your help everyone there was so nice.
Amber was excellent the staff was friendly and everything was done quickly I was in and out in less than 30 minutes
