Treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. I left confident that a plan was in place to address my needs and I I'm glad I decided to make this my new medical "home"
I have been trying to get a Prior Authorization for my prescription through this office since November. I've spoken to my doctor multiple times about it, and was told multiple times it would be handled. I have called the office and sent messages through MyChart countless times, consistently being given the runaround from promises of callbacks that never materialize to being flat-out ignored. I've already had a lapse in my prescription and had to pay for it out of pocket and am now in an identical circumstance on account of their inaction. This is not an acceptable standard of patient care.
I received personalized and thorough care from the front of the office to the back. I trust Dr. Bissette and have and will recommend him to others.
This friendly, professional staff put me at ease when I walked in the door and it continued throughout my visit. I was immediately comfortable with Dr Bissette and was able to discuss some very personal issues with him. My highest recommendation for this practice.
I always have mostly a positive experience with Dr. Soban and her staff. I have to say that I have always felt a little rushed at each visit. Perhaps there are too many patients or the medical system in general, I don’t know. That is my reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
Dr. Bissette has been my physician for almost 20 years at three different locations — and I’ll go wherever he goes. I have always gotten the best care, have been treated as a partner in decisions about my health and well-being, and have always been treated with the utmost kindness and respect. I’ve had “less-than-good” experiences with other institutions, but have always gotten the absolute best from Dr. Bissette and his staff. He surrounds himself with the best people, each of whom never hesitates to be welcoming, friendly and show they care. You’ll have a hard time finding better primary care anywhere.
The best place to go if you are in perfect health. If you’re not, watch out! There could be unnecessary tests, charges, and lack of transparency. Response time is significantly higher than wake forest. If you need treatment, please go somewhere else. Edit to response: An outreach of my experience was already conducted. Most of the points were ignored. The feedback line does nothing.
The entire staff, from the front check in desk to the nurse/assistant to Dr.League-Sobon are just awesome. I have been treated with respect, listened to, questions/concerns answered. Dr League-Sobon had gone over all of my labs, notes, etc. in MyChart before she came in to see me. She didn't ask me the usual question I have received in the past, "What are you here for today, what can I help you with?" She and her nurse were well aware of why I was there I didn't have to explain things. I feel and believe I am in good hands with my personal medical care moving forward.
***UPDATED REVIEW*** See updated comments below***When I called this office to schedule a follow-up appointment after they treated me for an acute illness , as my condition was not improving, I had to leave a message on their voicemail; couldn't speak directly to anyone. Their message stated they would get back to me by 5:00 pm the next day. So I went to their office in person, and even with an empty waiting room, I couldn't get appt for days and was told to go to "urgent care" if I needed to be seen sooner. I was told they were "very busy". The point of having a PCP is to avoid this situation. Having multiple doctors on staff should help avoid this situation. Very poorly managed doctor's office; and most unfortunate since the doctors and nurses seem very caring and knowledgeable. ****************UPDATED REVIEW****************When I first published this review, this office had recently opened. Many, if not most, of the initial problems and issues have been addressed by this office, and I can confidently recommend this practice. ***************
Dr. Bissette and his staff are amazing.
