This place doesn't come up on Google maps properly - it's up the road from the other Novant clinic not quite across from the new Clemmons library. I've never had problems with receiving care here in the past 10+ years, even when I didn't see the same person I normally am scheduled to see. If something is safe to let resolve on its own, they will be honest, and if something needs to be taken care of, they will make sure to get that available to you, be it through treatment there or with referrals. The phlebotomist here when I've needed to do blood work is also very good at the process.

My husband and I have moved to NC in 2018 and immediately schedule our appointments with Novant Health and we were pleasantly surprised with the organization and how all professionals cared about us. We have had some not-so-good news throughout the years, and we are grateful to be in the best hands. We highly recommend it!

Dr.Paul Davis is my long time primary care and I trust him completely. Many of my.friends are now going to him.

Obtaining an appointment with my primary Doctor not just a PA within 24 hours of my call is typical WITHIN THIS PRACTICE, but UNHEARD OF within all of my PRIOR health care providers. That's why I am VERY HAPPY to have West Forsyth Medicine and Pediatrics as my health care provider and partner.

Very professional and take the time to make sure all questions are answered. Dr. Warnimont and Shannon are very personable and always do a fantastic job making me feel relaxed and welcomed.

All the people who work at Novant West are friendly, efficient and helpful. They are there when you are sick and have no telling what. Would not want anyone else to take care of me. They are wonderful nurses and doctors. They help you and take time to listen.

Dr. Weathers and his team are excellent. He is one of the best physicians I have had the pleasure to know. Kind consideration is a large part of his bedside manner, and is balanced by an astute mind and a conservative nature. I would recommend Dr. John Weathers to anyone wanting a family practice physician.

My brother cancelled an appointment here on Monday to review an ongoing prescription. He was unable to attend due to work. He then rescheduled for Thursday. We have recently moved and 3 hours into his drive they told him he was no longer allowed to see his doctor. We called back and asked if they could fill his prescription, which he was due for on Friday of last week and they agreed saying they would send it that day. Fast forward to today, when we called in and they told us they would not be writing his prescription and that anyone who could have helped was out for the day. Unprofessional, especially for a medical practice.
