We have been thrilled with the results using Nth Degree for our kitchen remodel. Cheryl did an amazing job of sizing up our space and designing the best possible upgrades for our kitchen, and within our budget. KC has been great to work with. He is on top of every detail and is super responsive if there are any issues/questions before, during, and even after the job is done, and he gets things done efficiently! We can not say enough good things about David and his team. They were punctual, courteous, and most importantly - they did an amazing job. They put incredible work into every detail of the project. All of the other contractors, from drywall to painters, were great as well. I highly recommend Nth Degree for home upgrades! We are already considering using them again on our next large home project!
Jeff is patient and intuitive. He was very accommodating in showing our requests at our convenience. He has a great understanding of the neighborhoods. When we found our place, he successfully helped us through the purchase process. When we discussed replacing the flooring, he and Neal at Nth made that satisfying and painless. Highly recommend.
He was our REALTOR when we bought our first home. We didn't really know what we wanted and he was patient with us through the process. He took us to over 50 houses to check out until we had decided on the type of home we wanted. He has so much experience in a variety of areas: law, design, staging, realty, remodeling, etc., so it was easy to trust that he knew what he was talking about! When we decided to look for our next home, he sold ours within one day of listing and helped us find the perfect new home. Again, he made the process as easy as it could be. Since Neal is a lawyer as well, he is helping us with the process of setting up our wills and end of life wishes so that we can rest easy that everything will be taken care of the way we would like. – SARA B.
From the time we decided to move, Jeff and Neal were with us, helping with all phases of the process. Jeff handled the preparations for putting our house on the market, and immediately upon our moving out, the team staged our house, prepared excellent photos and had an open house within a week. We were in contract very quickly and closed 5 weeks later. Neal and his team helped us with furniture choices and custom finishes in our new home. Whenever we had questions or needed help, they were available with answers and suggestions on how to proceed. Things could not have happened more efficiently - we are in awe at how fast and well everything worked out.
Amy Gleason gave us a fantastic experience getting our first home; she was knowledgeable, insightful, and fun to work with. We are extremely grateful for her help in both navigating the difficult market and informing us of what to look for while house hunting. We got our new home with our first offer and we have Amy to thank for that. Definitely recommend!
Jeff worked with my son and daughter in law on the selling of their existing home and the buying of their new home. I Never once had to worry about how well they were being taken care of. I knew Jeff would give them solid advice, guide them in their decision making and make this experience as smooth as possible. Jeff was the best! I cannot thank Jeff for a worry free experience!
