NU Chef's Pantry is a multi-faceted market. Beginning in the a.m., we provide barista coffee service complemented by fresh-baked pastries and assorted bakery items. For lunch, a grab-n-go counter features homemade soups and artisan breads baked daily. Throughout the day, gourmet grocery selections are available for purchase, such as olive oils, vinegars, honey, chutneys, specialty flours and high-end pastries. We are also proud to bring staples, such as farm fresh eggs and milk, to downtown New Ulm, along with CSA produce available seasonally. In conjunction with The Heart of New Ulm, an organization promoting wellness through healthful living, NU Chef's Pantry will provide cooking classes designed to instruct the community in creating heart-healthy and sustainable meals. Also available is a Chef's table, offered through reservation only, for an intimate Chef-guided culinary experience.
