Best waxing in Charlotte. The customer service and ambience is excellent. It also smells really great inside!! I was surprised to see that they offer LIP BLUSHING, MICROBLADING, and OMBRÉ BROWS as well. Along with other services such as lashes and vajacials, they also offer BODY CONTOURING and WOOD THERAPY.
This place is amazing! From the beautiful and soothing esthetic to the super sweet staff. Sheema is a doll and truly knows her stuff. Waxing , body contouring, lashes she does it all! Natalie is the best nail tech in charlotte! You won't be disappointed booking any service at strip esthetics
Not a good experience from my end. I went for waxing. The amount of effort put on one hand was not the same for the other. And leg wax was a nightmare, and was not at all perfectly done. So dont waste your money!!
This was my first Brazilian ever! The facility was great and the girl up front was so easy and comfortable to speak with on the phone and in person. My esthetician was very kind and sweet! My only complaint is I told everyone it was my first time, and when I left I wasn't told anything to avoid after. Thankfully my best friend gets them all the time, but it was too late. I went home and worked out and took a hot shower, things I now know I should have avoided. I was then told to also stay away from pool's for a few days, which is good to know because I did mention the next time I come it would be because I'm spending the weekend at the lake, and I was planing on coming back the day before now I know to do it a few days prior to any exposure to pools/lakes. She was very, very kind and I feel like for my first time it went great, it was more of just small talk instead of educating me on after care small talk was great to keep my comfortable!!. I'll definitely try this place again!
The experience at this establishment was amazing. I have tried 3 different places with getting a Brazilian wax. This was by far the best experience. They were very professional from the moment I walked through the door. The ambiance was inviting, relaxing, beautiful. The esthetician knew exactly what she was doing. I swear it was less painful. Thank you . By the way this is the University area. Have to give credit where credit is due.
First time and Sheema did a lovely job on my brow henna and face wax! She’s super friendly to boot. I’ll be back!
Today was my first time coming to NUE and Jordan serviced me. She’s very personable, great conversationalist which really eases the nerves. She was comfortable and thorough with her job which is very important! The salon is also very clean and organized. Thank you Jordan and Jessica! I’ll definitely be back.
My past two experiences with Laysha were phenomenal. The service she provides is award-winning, above and beyond, fortune 500, and much more. Everyone in the office is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend booking at the University location. I highly recommend booking with Laysha.
Guys, JORDAN. IS. AMAZING.! It was my first time ever getting a Brazilian and I was of course nervous, she walked me in there and immediately it was like we were best friends. She made me feel super comfortable and we talked a lot to distract me. Of course some parts are painful, it's a sensitive area... but Jordan made it a great experience and talked me through all of it. I'm sure I overshared a bit but, she made me comfortable. I already booked another appointment for next month! I highly recommend!!
UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL NOT DO BUSINESS AGAIN. I knew this might happen. I called a few days before my appointment to confirm the date and time. It was indeed SUNDAY AT 10AM. Few days later, waking up early to go to the appointment, I arrived at 9:50AM, saw that the business is not open yet. Thought to myself “Oh they might be running late a bit”. 10 minutes later, still no one arrived and business is still closed. Checked online, the business say it suppose to be OPEN at 10AM. I WAITED TILL 10:20AM 20 minutes of waiting and still nothing. I even try to open the door of the business to see just incase, nope the door was locked and not even a sign saying they are closed today. Even called them and no one picked up. WASTE OF TIME. ANYONE WHO WANT TO WASTE THEIR TIME, PLEASE DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
