Shannon at Numined was great! We were curious about different stone options for an engagement ring, and were very happy with all the information she shared with us about the differences and similarities between mined and lab grown diamonds. She took detailed notes about what we were looking for in a ring stone size, ring material, setting type, etc. and as soon as a stone that fit our budget and desired characteristics was available, she led us through the design and ordering process with no surprises or any degree of 'hard sell.' They truly want the customer to end up with a product they love and we were very happy with both the experience and the ring. Thanks Shannon and team!
Shannon and the whole team were extremely helpful! I was super impressed with the attention to detail and dedication to making me happy. I'd been to other jewelers and felt pressured to buy a diamond that was larger than I actually needed and would have put me outside my price range. BUT, at Numined, there was a focus on finding me the right diamond to fit my existing family setting and making it such that it fit my budget. Truly impressed and looking forward to returning to get our wedding bands! Thanks again Numined!
I cannot recommend Numined enough! We were so lost when we decided to start to pick out my engagement ring. The only thing we knew was that we wanted to use lab grown diamonds only way to certify any stone is truly conflict free and I am so glad we found Numined. I was a little wishy washy on what design I wanted, but Shannon's friendly demeanor, good questions, and overall knowledge meant I am now wearing a ring I LOVE. She worked with my fiance within his budget, and never once did I feel pressure to choose a bigger stone or a more complex setting. If you're considering visiting Numined, do yourself a favor and go meet Shannon. We'll definitely be back for my band and beyond.
We LOVED our experience at Numined thank you, Shannon! Came here to buy our engagement ring thanks to a referral from a friend who was also referred by a friend... who gave this store rave reviews. They are super quick to respond to emails and to answer any questions and take the time to understand what you want in a ring. Found exactly what we were looking for and I still receive compliments weekly about how sparkly and gorgeous the ring is. We're coming back to pick our wedding rings! Our experience here was great. We were helped by Shannon H. and we couldn't be happier. My now fiance had a definite idea of what she wanted, and Shannon worked with me to make it happen. The price of the ring was very reasonable as well. The final product was beautiful, and my fiance loves it. I love the fact that, unlike everywhere else we went to prior, there was no pressure to buy anything. Shannon was very patient with me, and helped me stay within my budget. I will recommend this place to anyone without a doubt.
Fantastic experience and service! Shannon was a great help. Knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. She helped my fiancee and I through several different styles of rings and diamonds, helping us find the one she liked the most. Pricing was reasonable, she was honest about the costs and what we were paying for. In addition, she helped us with a few offers that knocked the price down. We gave her our budget and she gave us diamond option that kept us under budget, but still with a beautiful ring. Moreover, they offer lab-grown diamonds. As pretty as normal ones, it helped us avoid the guilty worry of "did someone in Africa die for this diamond?" Their office is comfortable, clean, and elegant. As a side note, the front desk was helpful in navigating the jeweler's row to find Numined's office. We will likely be returning to them when it comes time to buy the wedding bands.
INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! This company was recommended to my fiance and I by my co-worker, who purchased his wife's engagement ring from them. We originally went in just to look, but Stephanie was an incredible hostess, very knowledgeable and patient, teaching us every step of the way. She also gave us a GREAT deal, so my fiance decided to just pay for the ring on the spot of course, i was happy. The owner even came in and chatted with us a bit. I also appreciated that Stephanie stayed with us beyond closing time to make sure we were satisfied. Finally, after we ordered the ring and I received the specs via email I decided I wanted a different cut. Thankfully, Stephanie was receptive to my change from the original and continued to be gracious by complying with my request. In the end I received a ring that is exceptionally brilliant and sparkly. I am VERY satisfied. Everyone who sees it comments on its brilliance and jokes that the ring is 'blinding' them. When my fiance and I are ready to purchase the wedding bands we will definitely return. I'm very pleased with the service and the product.
Bought an engagement ring here and really felt comfortable with the experience. Felt like I got a great deal and had a lot of options in terms of diamond and band availability. The best part, in my opinion, was that the person helping me choose a diamond Shannon had a ton of experience. She could pick up a diamond, look through the little magnifying glass thing, and tell me what inclusions she could see and her overall opinion of it. And I never felt pressured to pick something I wasn't comfortable with. She was just there as a guide and I really appreciated that.
Absolutely flawless pun intended experience! while searching for a place to buy an engagement ring for my girlfriend I saw all of the amazing reviews for this place and had to give it a try. Not knowing much about diamonds and how to pick them out I was a little intimidated by the whole process but working with Shannon has been nothing but pleasant. I made an appointment and came in that same afternoon not looking to walk out with anything and after about an hour and a half of looking at different rings and learning all about diamonds I came out with a good idea of the different options I had. I then tried to get some clues of what my girlfriend would want her ring to look like so that next time I came in I would be comfortable making a decision. The second appointment was also great and no pressure at all from Shannon, we looked at different diamonds which were at, below and above my price range and both weighted the pros and cons of each choice. I ended up going with a Numined diamond which I am very happy about because it was more bang for my buck and also makes me feel better about it being conflict free and environmentally friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to any and all friends in the future.
