First couple of RNs were pretty good, 1 excellent. But then they totally dropped the ball one night, telling me at 8:00 PM that they had no one coming for an evening shift starting several hours earlier. There is no excuse for this, especially since they had a number of weeks prior notification. This screwed up dinner, personal hygiene, and even post surgical icing treatment that is a required part of the healing process. Needless to say, I went with another agency as fast as I could. There is simply no excuse for dropping the ball, and especially when they had plenty of advance notice. There are many other agencies that you could try.
Nurse Bank has helped us several times over the years. Trustworthy. Helpful. Caring and Reliable. I recommend them highly!
